The dining room was closed when we got here at 5:50pm on a Tuesday. The drive thru was moving soooo slowly. Sat at the window for long enough for a car or two to move up, then the guy was very not friendly in the least. They were out of ice, so drinks were kind of warm. And there was barely any meat on the tacos. If I could give zero stars, this might be it.

This is the second time in 2 weeks we have stopped at this Taco Bell. There won’t be a third. We may never go to Taco Bell again. We ordered food on the app, specified sour cream for the quesadilla ,but got a dry paper thin quesadilla. There is a sign at the drive through that there is no lettuce and they asked if that is ok. NO! Also we got no napkins. The service is always extremely slow, which makes me wonder why we would bother to use the app.

Ordered two cantina chicken bowls and a beef supreme burrito- the cantina bowls were hardly full at all and ingredients were missing. No guac and no sour cream. Very little chicken and black beans. Including a photo of what we received vs what we thought we were getting. They messed up the burrito and gave us a chalupa instead, they were nice enough to give us a burrito. Will not go back.

I don’t know if I should invoke the “left beef” meme, or the “empire of sour cream” horribly layered burrito joke for my review of this location’s Cheez-It crunchwrap supreme.
There was _one_ line through this crunchwrap with a nice blend of lettuce, beef, and Cheez-It… Which thankfully did intersect the somewhat circular wrap through the middle. I will admit I did like the left side of the burrito, as the beef and seasonings with it had great flavor. The right side was a bit dry, and I found myself peeling parts of the wrap away to avoid chewing on the singular piece of lettuce and tomato morsel lying on a king sized pillow of bread.
The Cheez-It flavor did not come through too strong… even after deconstructing what little was on the right side and fishing a piece of it out to try individually.
Not the greatest luck on the food, but I did order and get through the line in under 3 minutes, being the only person in line at any point during the drive through. Do wish they spent an extra 5 seconds on the food construction though.
Sadly, this seems to be closer to the norm for crunchwraps in this area.

The best tacos that I have had from Taco Bell in years. Why do you ask? My Los Tacos trio with dorito shells was fixed exactly how I asked. I ordered supreme with no lettuce, and usually, that means half full tacos. Not this time! They loaded them up, just look at my pictures. My only complaint is that my shells were a little soggy, but they were still so good.

I haven’t had Taco Bell nacho bell grande for a long time and I won’t have it again. I don’t know what was changed about it, but it wasn’t good. My sister told me a few weeks ago that it didn’t taste right to her, I thought it was just her, but it wasn’t.
