UPDATE: This location no longer serves breakfast. They can’t get enough staff.
This is the best Taco Bell I have been to and frequently visit. The place is very clean, recently remodeled, so extra fresh and lively. Food is very good and usually always fresh. The staff here are nice and friendly as well.

These were the best tacos I’ve ever had at Taco Bell. I asked if they could put the sour cream all the way across the taco not just one blah blah the end cause I like licking my fingers spreading it so she said absolutely so they were like supreme supreme they were so delicious so thank you so much for doing that.

I went to Taco Bell in Collinsville, Virginia last Saturday evening order the nine dollar deluxe box. It was absolutely terrible. The tacos basically had nothing in them but lettuce it was the worst meal. I’ve eaten at Taco Bell in my entire life. I literally want to go back and get my money back, but I live a good little distance from Collinsville Virginia but it was horrible absolutely horrible. The food looks nothing like they advertise.

I ended up deciding to get food here. After ordering, multiple people got their food before me. That’s fine, though I ended up waiting nearly 35 minutes for 12 tacos. Maybe it was a rush and they were expecting issues keeping up, esspecially since they accept Doordash, but the employees behind the counter often stood around for periods of time and talked. Only one of the employees I saw actively cleaning and doing their best to tidy up the main area. On that note, it is incredibly clean and well taken care of, just wish I got my food sooner! I’ll make sure to order drive through next time.

this is without a doubt the worst experience I’ve had at tacobell. we used the mobile app when I got there 30 minutes later they hadn’t even started on my food. I pulled up to the drive thru and waited for 10 minutes and nobody ever came over the intercom so I walked it I waited for 30 minutes for my food when I got to my vehicle to check my order they forgot the Cinnabons I walk back in to tell them and I have to wait another 10 minutes for them

This is for Collinsville VA taco bell. I pulled into the drive-thru order 30 minutes before close ( I just finished my shift as well). Considering that it was late and they were probably trying to close, they were still friendly and quick on filling the order. The food was correct, and I will remark that it did taste better than usual. The crunchwrap I ordered was not falling apart, and the burrito wasn’t soggy. My only regret is that I felt bad for doing anything retail or restaurant based when they were trying to close, but the attitude of the crew still made me feel welcome.
