I had a highly unprofessional experience at this location. I was served $10 chicken strips that were completely inedible and a genuine health concern. When I pointed this out, the staff was incredibly rude and even tried to snatch the food out of my hand to throw it away so I could not take photos. I managed to keep two Chicken strips and took more pictures when I got home . She said I will not put those other 2 in the photo. she tried to fight me. They refused to refund my money and told me to get out, despite the restaurant being empty. This is a clear case of laziness and a total disregard for customer safety. Avoid this place at all costs.

The food was what you would expect, that being said when I walked in the teen age staff was gathered around the drive through heatedly discussing who was supposed to be logged in to the register as I stood waiting to be acknowledged. I was also served on a dirty greasy tray.

This is not my first time. I went to this Taco Bell. I moved from a different state and I have never had this bad experience before. Once I went to this Taco Bell for the first time, they gave me cold food, and then I was like, OK. I think maybe if I go back another time they would give me good quality food, but then I went the 2nd time and the same thing happened. It was dined in, and the fries were cold; the quality was bad. Then I went the 3rd time through the drive-through and I ordered fries, Catina chicken burrito and cheese quesadilla. Again, I told them not to give me cold food and what they did was they refried the same fries that they had already fried before, which was a nasty thing to do. The burrito was not good. No napkins in the bag. I don’t like this place and would not go to this place anymore because they do the same things every time. I’m sorry, but this place needs more perfection and the staff was not friendly and the quality of food is so so so bad.

Fast service and although the drive through was packed it was moving quickly. Team was not sparce on the sauce distribution like some others. I had plenty of hot sauce for my order.

The service was wonderful however I did not get the food that I paid for and when calling to get it straight I was told that I would have to leave my name and could come the next day to retrieve what I actually paid for. Went back the next day and was told no one left a name with the information about my order from the previous night. And this was at the Hopewell Virginia Taco Bell

We love eating at Taco Bell, would love it even more if they actually gave us what we ordered. We ordered on the app tonight and when we got home with our order we realized they left out half of our stuff. It’s just ridiculous that they can’t check to make sure they are putting everything in the bag. What we actually got was great but it would have been nice if we would have gotten the rest of the meal as well. Maybe we just need to stop using the drive thru and go in to pick up our order.

Can I give negative stars?? Lmao good lord this has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had here. “Shannique Gr” The cashier has a disgusting attitude. Even down to hurrying me thru my order to the point where I’m apologizing when I really did nothing wrong lol then I get the order, I no the drive thru times matter so you know I pulled off realizing quickly after that I didn’t have my quesadilla. Went back and got it. I should’ve checked the rest of my order at this point but didn’t think to. Everything was wrong LOL cheesy Gordita crunch had tortilla strips on it… fine by me I didn’t pay for them so thanks for that. Chicken flatbread melt- light sauce- had soooo much sauce on it it got literally everywhere. I order light sauce because at this location it’s always way too much sauce, every time. Large nacho fries was so cold and hard, I know there’s hold times supposed to be used on those fries. WAY passed that time! As for my sisters portion of the food Ironically it was fine. The forgotten quesadilla and a cheesy bean and rice. I managed at this location as a training store and it’s just sad to see how far downhill it has gone. I’ll stick to rivers bend.

This location is 90/10; Sometimes you get great food most times it’s completely wrong. Spent 17$ for two taco supremes and nachos. Nachos were great but the tacos looked so bad, I thought someone threw the tacos across the room into the bag. And when I went in to tell them it was wrong they act offended that I told them it was wrong! Highly disappointed.

Serving food to be eaten with utensils and having to use makeshift item because they don’t have forks or spoons.
They do have napkins and running water still.
Thank goodness it was served in a carton which provided the makeshift spoon
