Waited 20 minutes for my food to be sitting on the counter by the window while I waited inside. Crispy chicken burrito had one burnt chicken tender in it. Paid for extra cheese on my nachos and I got less than normal. Used to be a good fast spot has gone down hill the past few months. I would know I eat here almost every day.
Update:
Went again paid to add Pico got half a thimble full on rop my nachos check pics. Ordered a chalupa the shell was completely raw skipped the fryer completely. Service here has been terrible for a while now but recently the food has been getting worse and worse and more mistakes and items missing then ever.
Also even though I was standing in front of the guy who worked there and asked him if the bag he had was for michael he decided to not acknowledge me and tape my bag up in front of me then place it on the rack to my right rather than hand it to me never spoke a word. Me and another customer stood in the lobby for 10 minutes and we’re never acknowledged nobody spoke to us nobody came to the counter. Worst taco bell, come here if you want expensive half made food soggy old food after you’ve waited upward of 20 min for all 6 workers to never look at you or speak to you not hand you your food but set it nearby while the extra stuff you paid for won’t be there and you’ll probably be missing an item or 2.

I typically never leave reviews because fast food is fast food you can never be too picky, but this is the worst experience at this establishment. This place is very hit or miss, but typically it’s okay. First of all we waited maybe 20 minutes for the food, when we got the food the whole bag was lukewarm. we looked through the bag and they had not given us our dulce de leche cinnabons, which is like it’s fine cuz they’re only $2 so i wasn’t super upset. I get home and we start eating and we realize they had given us the complete wrong taco, we ordered a dlt and we got regular. not to mention they where barely filled with any filling and where soggy. i don’t mind soggy food because we went through the drive thru but still. when i opened my flat bread they had put the most amount of sauce i have ever seen, when i had asked for LIGHT sauce. like does that look like light sauce to you?? Not to mention there being legit like 4 pieces of chicken. the nacho fries where also lukewarm as well as the cheese. the cheese cups where warm and curdled. mind you my order was $30.

a few months ago me and my girlfriend got the worst food we’ve ever gotten from taco bell at this location, and before that the food was always mediocre, but it seems like they’ve gotten a lot of new workers and they are WORKING! whoever is in that kitchen needs a raise because the food has been hot and well made the last few times we’ve gotten it, which is saying something considering it was always barely warm and slightly nasty. thank you to whoever made this taco bell actually enjoyable!

I was fine with my meal and the environment. I appreciated getting v some red cabbage in the chicken bowl. I was shocked and disappointed however, when I was told, “We don’t do that anymore.”when I asked for a cup of water by the man who brought ght my meal to the front. I won’t be returning. If this is a policy, I can’t support it.

Update, came in for lunch again(weeks) later. Took 15 minutes to make 3 tacos, all were cracked. Fast food doesn’t mean garbage food..

I would’ve given a better rating if the young lady at the drive-thru wasn’t so rude.They messed up my order twice (which usually isn’t that big of a deal for me. I specifically asked for no guacamole on my power bowl, but it still had guac. I also ordered 4 rolled chicken tacos, but recieved 2 (I drove back for the other 2). Not to mention the condition of the 3 tacos we ordered (see pictures). If a manager sees this, please have a conversation with your staff.

The food was okay. However, the young lady working the drive through window was so rude I have never in my life experienced customer service like that. I went in the late evening yesterday around 12 am. She literally looked at me and rolled her eyes when I asked her for something. I was nothing but polite to her, and when you speak to her she just looks at you like she is so annoyed, she doesn’t say you’re welcome or any pleasantries whatsoever she was very passive aggressive and I was very confused. It does not make this particular location feel very welcoming, or like a restaurant i would like to return to.

The window person asked me to pull up and asked the customer behind me to come to my car and tell me to go back around to get back in line after she had already taken my money, I go around to the window and she asks me to get out of my car a walk up to the window to get my food because I refused to wait in line again. Once I received my food this is what I got. A steak grilled cheese burrito which is usually longer then my hand, barely wrapped and half the normal size, literally paid over 20 dollars for a burrito that’s not worth .99

I asked for my sides to be fresh they were not they were soggy I didn’t ask for my tacos to be fresh those are usually things that’s supposed to be made to order but instead they were cold all 2 of my tacos were cold and my sides were soggy I am very disappointed and will not be coming back and I will be letting my friends and family know to never come to this Taco Bell how are is it to make someone’s food fresh if they asked for it I would not have mind waiting for it either and they were not even busy just ridiculous the lady that took my order was nice but the food is highly disappointing and a waste of money just ridiculous

This is the taco supreme that I received! Well one of them the first one was a shell with a tiny bit of meat and no tomatoes , very little sour cream!! Just say you don’t have them!! I wish I would have taken a photo of the first one rediculous!!!! When I called the manager????? He said have a good night!! And you want to make how much an hour???? Lol
