First time I ordered here, I accidently ordered from the app while sitting in a Taco Bell up the road. I am not normally in this area. Everyone here was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was really good. I hadn’t eaten Taco Bell in a while and started eating here again in the past few months. Every time I eat at this particular restaurant the employees are always so friendly. It is fun to listen to the banter while I wait for my food. If you are a fan of Taco Bell and in the area i definitely recommend this location. I also tend to customize my food and so it is really great that not only is it fresh it always tastes good. Just terrible! there’s a man who took my order in the drive thru, i was in the passenger seat and tried to order a BAHA BLAST he said WE DONT DO BAHA BLASTS in a rude annoyed tone like i won’t slap him THEN i get to the window he didn’t say a word and took 5 minutes to give me my lemonade, mind u it was nobody but 1 other car behind me in the drive thru sooooo what’s the tude for boy

I will never go to another taco.Bell only this one. The shift manager’s name was Charmaine.Daniels, and this woman went above and beyond to help me with my order. Caring, helpful, courteous, clean environment. She was amazing food was even better. It’s the only taco bell I will ever go to.

$6 for a Gordian crunch with almost no chicken was disappointing, especially when paid extra. Also forgot to put taco sauce in bag. Tostada was delicious & other food was good.

Let me tell you this customer service is everything! I don’t know who they got working the drive-through intercom on October 23rd 2025 around 5:20 PM, but that little girl was rude. I just end up canceling the order and drove to the Taco Bell on big Bethel. Those kids have good customer service!

I specifically asked for an extra avocado salsa, which is supposed to be twenty cents.They charged me sixty nine cents twice.And I never got any sauce, including hot, mild, nothing. I didn’t realize this till I got all the way home. So I was not gonna go back. And when I called up there to tell them what happened, the girl answered the phone with. Hello, I said. Is this Taco Bell? She said yes it’s taco bell. Bad experience all the way around with the food as well.

I don’t know what it is about fast food places, but lately for the price I pay, can there be food inside the food I order? My crunchwrap barely contained meat, wasn’t properly wrapped and barely warm to eat. When there is NOONE else inside or in the drive thru, can someone please take an extra three seconds to make the wrap like in the commercial? Spread the beef evenly over the hardshell, add the lettuce, tomato and cheese and then carefully wrap it to ensure NOTHING falls out.

The team was nice and I got my order fairly quick. I ordered a cup of ice with my order and they told me management doesn’t allow that. I’ll just take my business to all the other Taco Bell’s that do.

The worst customer service. Night Manager claimed to be the gm was rude to his staff and the customers. I dont know if it was his first night or what. He could not print receipts. He couldn’t verify orders. I had to show card statement to get food it was so unorganized. He got mad at customer cursing and yelling. I do not recommend Hampton needs to do better. Taco Bell needs to do better.
