Get there at 7:10 and see a sign outside clearly saying “open at 7am” that day, with workers already inside and the lights on. Doors are locked. I knock and they tell me to go around to the drive-through. Drive-through is closed with the menu off.
Easiest 1/5 stars I’ve ever given. If you don’t want to open at 7 then put a sign out that says open at 8. Don’t just lie and say you’re open when you aren’t.

You may laugh but I have a serious question… Why is it when I order a soft taco supreme the sour cream is literally on one side of the taco? I mean it never fails. The first bite is usually NOTHING but sour cream and then nothing.

I have never been to Taco Bell before; three weeks ago was the first time I had a Taco, and my first time placing an order, a machine took the order; the discovery box was great; as I’ve said before, it was my first time try Taco Bell. Moving to today my nephew went to school from home today due to the Snow Storm. he asked for some tacos for lunch so we went to the Hampton Blvd location the wait was extremely long for the workers as Hampton Blvd location the food is great however the customer service needs work to be specific it seems like the staff was having a great time which is great however not at the expense of the customers fast food is pretty self-explanatory it’s supposed to be fast so to whoever manage this branch work on getting the food out faster.

I have given this Taco bell 3 Different chances, and each time they find a new way to mess it up. The first time I got a breakfast burrito and it was so unfilled I literally didn’t get any filling until the third bite. The second time I came (again for breakfast) they opened 45 minutes late, and they didn’t give me my recipt or my drink. Now, the third and last chance they got was for dinner, they my order wrong, and when I came back for a simple fix, it was cold!! Also the quesedilla was “cut” (I use the word very lightly) the slices were all over the place and only an inch in length smh. If all you want is cinnamon twist, they’ve got you, otherwise it’s not even worth the money, and that’s really saying something considering taco bello is already cheap!! 1 out of 10 do NOT reccomend!!!
