I went through the drive through and met an absolute angel!!!! This review is all about Taniqua. She was polite, pleasant, joyful, and greeted me with such a beautiful smile! I appreciate such wonderful service and wanted to rave about her inner beauty that radiates outwardly. If she’s not management yet, she’s well on her way. Just like most fast food places they don’t even take the time to greet you it’s basically what do you want and how fast they can get it to you. Quality and customer service has vanished over the years that many fast food places including this taco bell. When you are paying 25 plus dollars for a 12-pack of tacos that are slim to none on the meat you know that you might as well just go to a restaurant.

The absolute worst Taco Bell i have ever been in. Let me start by saying the the crew behind the counter were doing the best they could. What i think was the manager have brought her kids to work. While I was there they spilled drink on the floor and you would have thought they had burn the building down. The mom came out from behind the counter and started cussing those children with language that I really did not need to hear must less those kids.
I have no problem with children coming to work I just feel that if mom was capable of that kind of behavior in public, I would hate to imagine what happens at home. I hope she was just having a bad day.
