Location says 24 hours on here, on their own app, and even on signs in front of the location. Drive through message says closed even though my mobile order is on the screen. No one responding at the drive through and now I’m stuck on the side of the building behind a bunch of cars. Do better. If you’re not gonna be 24 hours, don’t advertise as such.

Update: got to the window and they made my mobile order. Raised up the review from 1 to 3 stars.

Terrible experience and inadequate food!
I went in for faster service since drive thru usually takes a long time. While in there I was ignored by numerous employees from the time I placed my order at the kiosk till I finally asked about my order taking so long. I placed my order at the kiosk right at the front counter, employees saw me. I stood at the counter by the register waiting to pay for my order with cash, employees still ignored me. Employees walked by, they talked to one another and to a man standing at the counter, and some clocked out and left. Not one acknowledged me. Finally a woman who may have been a manager acknowledged me, and told the drive thru employee to handle it. I had an extremely long wait but I was being patient thinking they were prioritizing drive thru. I thought the man standing at the counter was also waiting for his order so I just thought they were slow workers and they’d get our orders out to us. Well after a very long wait, I went to the counter and asked the man if he was still waiting for his order, and he said no. Why he asked me if it was a mobile order, I do not know since he was there next to me talking to employees the whole time I placed and paid for my order. He then talked to employees about my order so I figured he worked there and was off shift. The same (manager) woman emerged again asking about my order and talking to that man and a young male employee about my order. They never made it and I’d been sitting waiting for 20-30 minutes while they all chit chatted! So completely rude. How can they forget to make an order when it shows up on their screen in the make line? Obviously they were paying more attention to talking. That’s the manager’s fault for not overseeing her kitchen staff but she was part of the conversing going on. It’s crazy that several people including the manager knew I placed an order and was sitting at a table visible to the counter, and yet no one thought it was odd that a person was just sitting there all that time. Come to find out, that man standing at the counter talking with employers was there to pick up that female manager. That shift showed that customer service is not important to them, and their consideration and courtesy is very lacking. It’s really unprofessional when employees are having loud personal chatter with each other when customers are in the lobby. Managers who allow conduct like tonight should not be in a management position. To make it all even worse, my food was not good. My burrito was cold, made with two tortillas and barely any filling in it. My taco shell was broken and the filling falling out. This is not the first time that employees at this location were rude or that my food wasn’t right, but it’s my last. I’ll go elsewhere.

Worse Tacobell I’ve ever eaten at I’ll be so happy when the Del Taco opens up the street. As seen by picture this is suppose be a 5 layer burrito, but all it has is beef, beans, and a tiny bit of cheese. Even if you included the tortillas it’s only 4 layers. We got the build your own box meals. Everything had a tiny bit of ingredients. Is was either all tortillas or taco shell but mostly empty inside. I’m not coming back I’ll wait for Del Taco to open. I ate at the Chesapeake Del Taco the food was great, and they don’t skimp on ingredients.

Every time I come to pick up a delivery order early in the morning, the door is locked, so I have to go to the drive thu. A female employee tells me to pick up the food inside, which I do. When I go inside to pick up the order, she acts like she hasn’t seen me, even though I say hello. When other people come to pick up orders after me, she quickly asks them and gives them their orders before me, even though I was there first and standing at the counter, easily visible. After taking my order, she told me, “You’re not fit to be a delivery driver.” I know I’m sad, and I like Taco Bell, but the staff here provide terrible customer service

This location use to be top tier especially wit the food..Tonight I got a chalupa and nacho fries..My fries were clearly thrown into the bag because it was at the bottom..thn my chalupa clearly wasn’t fresh at all..I was at drive thru for over 10 mins waiting on food that wasn’t even good..This location really use to be the best in The Beach..I’ll never return again..I work to dang hard for my money..idgaf if its fast food tacos…Taco Bell prices are outrageous to throw away your food…Do better!

Anybody in the comments claiming their food be good they not telling the truth..TUH!

I ordered extra cheese and light chipotle sauce. Not only is the cheese unmelted but they *drenched* my food in chipotle sauce. It’s everywhere.

Waiting 30 minutes for my drive through order that I had to go inside for. After I ask for an update for my food they already had to done sitting on the side by the time I got it was cold. Then when I get home and open my bag they completely forgot a whole box combo. This place and the employees are and absolute joke.

Every time I go I spend 50 plus $ on a 12 pack of supreme tacos. Its NEVER supreme. It is always missing sour cream and tomatoes. Yesterday I ordered from inside and what do you know no sour cream and toms sooo I asked for them. The manager asked a girl to add it. The girl put some on a few not alll. Its an upsell $$. Also no green sauce $$$. Personell appear congenial but they arent going to do anything for you. Give me a break. Looking for district supervisor.

Who doesn’t love a restaurant that is available 24 hours a day! Came into town at 1 am. Just needed a little something before we checked into our hotel. The food was hot & tasted a little different from other Taco Bell we have eaten. Meat mixture was not as red & tasted more Beefy. We had soft tacos. They were really good! The line was 12 cars deep at 1:00 am.

Found something nasty on my food and called to let the manager know. Didn’t ask for a refund, just threw it away and asked him to make sure nobody is doing anything messed up. However, I hear him call me a “lying ass” just before the phone hangs up. Honestly, it’s my fault for eating at Taco Bell.
