Revised since service and food has improved!
They must have gotten rid of that one manager. Their service and food quality has improved. Employees have been more attentive and nicer. The food has been good the last couple times I’ve been in.

Terrible location! You would think because it sits in a nice area that it would be professionally run but obviously the owner, the general manager, the shift managers and the crew do not care about the quality they are providing their community. The times I have gone there they were always slow. I went tonight and they were extremely slow. There was nobody in the dining room when we arrived except two people already sitting eating, so they weren’t busy. As more customers came in, even delivery drivers, everyone had to wait a long time for orders. The crew was prioritizing drive-thru and even they were sitting there for a long time at the window. I witnessed delivery drivers having to wait 15 minutes standing at the counter for their orders. The crew is inept and the manager was a bubblehead. They all acted like they didn’t know how to do their jobs. All the carbonated sodas in the machines were not mixing so all that worked was the fruit punch, lemonade, and tea. It took five employees trying to put their heads together to figure out what to do about the soda, with the manager being one of them, they were all oblivious. The drive-thru person had to make a drink order in the dining room and served it even though it was light purple water instead of the purple Mountain Dew soda…he just served it out the drive-thru window anyway. Wow. Talk about not giving a damn. It was frustrating just watching them. One woman who should have been on the make line was standing where customers could see her on her phone, then she didn’t put new gloves on and went straight to the make line. Yuck! Another employee arrived and clocked in but he stood talking in the back instead of tending to customer needs. The female manager would come and go but always looked confused. When we finally got our food, it was barely warm, and their overpriced chicken strips were very overcooked and dry like they’d been sitting all afternoon. I had to ask for a remake. A the drink area they were out of cup lids, the dining room was a mess, and the women’s bathroom hadn’t been cleaned.
I’ve looked over other reviews for this store and it’s obvious that since there are no replies from the owner or management, and this location is still being run this way, they do not care about quality and customer service. They obviously need new management to make big improvements and to let go of the current crew.

Nothing “FAST” about this fast-food establishment. Absolutely horrible location. Food quality is easily the lowest of any Taco Bell I have ever been to. Not a single service-related aspect of this location is up to par. Good luck dining in, you will be easily waiting 20+ minutes to receive your order. Drive through? better hope that there is not a single car in the line, and even if there is none, you are still likely to wait at least ten minutes. Delivery is easily the worst service of this location as 3rd party delivery service drivers have to generally wait 30 minutes at minimum to receive their order. I dash during the dinner hours and live less than a mile from this location, trying my best to avoid accepting orders from this location as often as possible. Attempted to give this Taco Bell another chance and there was one person waiting in-store on arrival with an empty drive through line. Zero acknowledgement from staff for about ten minutes only after they had completed the order for the customer in lobby. staff manager proceeds to tell me that my DoorDash order has been pushed back as there are now three cars waiting in the Drive-Through line and they do not prioritize delivery orders. Staff has absolutely zero speed and no ability to complete more than one item at a time. Quite embarrassing considering they are making food that a majority of it is pre-cooked and they are slower than dining restaurants cooking food per order from raw items. Entire staff needs to be replaced, or a training manager needs to be brought in to get this group severely up to speed. As a customer, save yourself the time and hassle and drive the extra miles to the General Booth location (far better food quality and quick service). Giving this location even one star is far more than they deserve.

Been standing here for 20 minutes waiting for three soft tacos and a crunch wrap supreme. I left the drive thru because it wasn’t moving. Still have not received my food. No one has said anything to me and there is no one else in the dining area. No one seems motivated to work.

I mistakenly ordered three because it didn’t show that it went through. I called the store and they said they didn’t have any orders for me at all. Next I got messages saying order on the way. All Three . Support wouldn’t work with my because they had start preparing orders.

Avoid at all cost. Slow place with barely any customers (for a reason apparently) that can’t get the small basic order of two burritos out under 20 minutes. The staff is rude and apparently no one knows who is the shift manager. Customer in front of me left without her food for the same reason. No food service no manners and none of the shift workers is capable of properly rolling a burrito. Slowest place I have seen in two decades.

Although staff was polite about it, service was extremely slow. Mobile app kept glitching. Online and computer ordering has turned fast food into very slow food. Customers are not trained enough to use on screen ordering and it is especially difficult for senior citizens.

Twenty-five minute wait for pick up orders consistently, but the 5-6 drive thru orders all get theirs on time before one order in doorway does. Looking around at the 4 other ppl also waiting just as long with no one receiving orders in the lobby. If you aren’t in the drive thru dont bother going in unless you want to wait 30-40 minutes to eat or pick up an ordee.

Poorly Managed location. Several delivery drivers wait and lose money and cancel before Taco Bell finally decides to make the food. Pickups for this location usually occur after the delivery was promised to be dropped to me. Not like this elsewhere in town. Drive through slow like honey but not sweet. Orders often wrong. Bathrooms often nasty. Terrible black hole. Just close it down let someone else have that location.
