Just picked up my online order. This was the first time i did an online order, since to-go orders here have a tendency to take about 15-20 minutes. The Beefy-5 layer burrito was edited to supposed to have potatoes and no beans. Seemed to have extra beans on it, no potatoes (which i had to pay extra for). I did not order cinnamon twists, but got some in my bag. Took a couple bites, then found a dead fly on one of the cinnamon twists. I threw out all of the food I didn’t eat immediately. I’m switching jobs, so I figured I’d have one last meal from here, and I’m happy to see it will be my last time coming here.

My husband just went thru the drive thru a few minutes ago and the black lady at the window that took his order messed up his order and was very rude. No thank you. No have a good night. Just a “there you go”. I was on video chat with him the whole time. No asking if he wanted any sauce. HE HAD TO ASK FOR SAUCE. I’ve never had this type of rudeness at this Taco Bell before! Receipt says Morgan T. Purchased through drive through approx. 1:30pm 30th of July. The individual was a tall male, thin build, curly long hair. Extremely rude, mouthed profanity through the glass at me. Toss my order at me. Did not give sauces so we waited in the drive through trying to get his attention. Finally noticed us and mouthed more profanity. Reluctantly tossed more sauces at us.
