I give it 3 stars because depending on the time of the day you order food, the results are different . tonight was highly disappointing, i can’t complain about the chicken chalupa because it’s a personal opinion it’s just not good. However, this bowl is disappointing. like there is barely any meat , cheese , tomatoes or sour cream.

Mediocre Taco Bell. It is a very convenient location and if you’re passing by then it may be worth it to get your fix. The presentation is haphazard and there doesn’t seem to be much care in putting an order together. This has been the only Taco Bell I’ve been to that’s been out of Baja Blast and random ingredients you may want for a standard order on several occasions. Taco Bell without Baja Blast? Absurd. Wait times are average and you’ll get what you ordered, but there are much better Taco Bell’s in the area.

It’s like they scooped the last bit of each item they had left from HOURS ago and served it as food. Beans were caked, dry, and chewy. The onions tasted sour (like vinegar), magically all the tortilla chips were crushed beneath what I think was chicken, and I paid $4 for two small pieces of lettuce with a teaspoon full of beans on a cheez-it. I tried calling the store afterwards and I was hung up on 3 separate times; It’s mostly just sad, because I used to love this taco bell. I’m sure being an angst-filled teenager while feeling underpaid has much to do with haphazardly slopping together “food.” Honestly, I ate the cheez-it and terrible nachos because this was my only meal today–however, when I reached my cake-bean burrito I gagged because the onions were so pungent with sour that I had to spit them out as they were spoiled. I called up there again just to politely tell them that my food sucked and when I asked for the manager on duty I was hung up on. Not to be melodramatic but at this point I just hope I didn’t get $13 food poisoning.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! This Tacobell use to be the best in the area now it’s the worst! Chalupa had barely anything in it. The tortillas/bread was old, hard, and like leather. I had to throw it away because you couldn’t even eat it. We got two box meals for 2 people, and they gave us 4 sauce packets and 1 napkin really? What are we suppose to do share the napkin, and only 1 of us can have sauce on our food? Prices are getting higher while food quality, and service going down. I will not be returning to this Tacobell.

Idk what this is but it’s nasty, and unacceptable. I didn’t notice till I was checking outside my door. The crew member had an attitude bc he couldn’t hear me so I had to yell. Then I got an attitude from him. I don’t play about my food and I always respect food service workers bc I’ve been in that situation before. But this ain’t it.

Girl in the drive thru was rude. I ordered three things and didn’t know if she heard me order the first item so I asked if she got it and she said ‘can you not read the screen??’ Then they still left an item out of my order. Maybe intentionally? The grilled cheese burrito they gave me was smaller than my soft taco and seemed to have nothing but sauce inside it. Have had a bad experience every time I have gone to this taco bell. Will drive across town before choosing this one again.

Well, I went through the drive-through and my order was messed up so I ended up having to pay more for the meal that was supposed to be a combo, but it was individually charged and they only credited me for one taco instead of just giving me what I had ordered. The screen outside is broken so I could not verify the order and I said combo and he thought I said taco. Like I said no way of verifying so I was quite disappointed at having to pay for a whole meal after I thought I already had. The food was good though for Taco Bell.

Absolutely terrible tacos. I ordered the Doritos taco combo and received the saddest, most empty tacos. There was like no beef in there. No taco bell isn’t top notch, but this is ridiculous. I would avoid this location at all costs.

Taco Bell on Holland Rd and S. Plaza Trail has the worst drive through service. You have to wait in line while they cook an order when they should be sending them to a parking space instead of making us wait for 10 or more minutes. I sent this complaint to corporate but never received a response. Good portions are less than other Taco Bells . Avoid this location.
