I placed a mobile order for in store pickup. When I went to go inside the door was locked so I proceeded to the next door around the corner. Once I walked in, a female employee started hounding me asking very rudely why I was inside. There was no sign stating the lobby was closed and like I stated, I placed the order for in store pickup. I told her I was there to pickup my mobile order. She was extremely rude the entire time I was trying to pickup my food. Once I get home, I realized the three cheese chicken melt was on extremely cold and wrapped poorly, leaving a mess. The employees here need to work on their communication and customer service skills. Horrible experience and cold food.

Great location for a good taco bell. They are all good but some lack motivation and it takes way too long to get tacos. Therefore it’s good for locals to know which franchise is better to meet the expectations of consumers. Nothing worse than waiting 20 minutes in line for subpar warmish food that is most likely wrong if you made specific requests.

I don’t think there is a place in Deep Creek/Grassfoeld that you can get decent service. Ordered a number one. It was supposed to be a taco Supreme and 2 Chulupas. I got a regular taco and one chalupa.

I’ve had 3 separate bad experiences in a row at this location. I ordered a crispy chicken burrito and there was no cabbage just lettuce and the tomatoes were bad couldn’t even eat it. The soda is always flat. They don’t take pride in anything here they throw the food together and don’t care at all … worst location hands down.

I went to this location today at 12:42 PM via drive-thru. I attempted to place an order and the young lady was very rude. I repeated my order multiple times before she started laughing amd then a young man came to the speaker to take the order but by then I was not pleased with the service or lack there of that I was receiving and left. I attempted to call with no answer. If you want quality service this is not the place . Even for a fast food store the service was below standard

Made a mobile order for about $20 for my friend and I, around 11 pm. Sign on the store says they close at 1 am, but the doors are locked and nobody is answering the drive thru. It looked like the place was completely empty but there was 1 car in the parking lot and sounded like there was some stuff going on in the back. This Tacobell is ALWAYS on point. Every order everytime is great! Witnessed another customer being absolutely rude and unreasonable and manager handled it with completely professional even after lady cursed at him. This place seems to be getting bad reviews simply because of all the “Karens” in the area. We were absolutely satisfied and will continue to visit!

It was the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Went there around 1am and ordered only two things. They did not give sauce packets even when requested. They did not even give a fork for the fiesta potatoes. The service was so not welcoming. The employees looked very annoyed and frustrated. They did not even get one of my order right as well, and their dine in was closed so I couldn’t go in to replace it. I had to wait in line through drive thru to correct it. Ordered two things which took me 35 min to get my order.

Extremely rude the brunette girl was mean and did not acknowledge me as I waited for nearly 15 minutes and when I finally spoke up to tell her what I was there for she had a mean attitude. It took half an hour for my two orders to be made. Everyone was extremely unorganized. I would not recommend anybody come here.

I had my debit card stolen at this location on Friday night. The cashier did something weird with my card and I didn’t think about it until there were over $200 in fraudulent charges on Sunday. This was the only place I’ve used my card in weeks.
