Very nice staff! That is rare these days.

I tried the new Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken Taco and Cheesy Melt Grilled Steak Burrito. I liked the chicken taco the best. Great flavor and refreshing with all the veggies. It was also crispy. The burrito was just OK. Tasted better with creamy jalapeno sauce, but not my jam. It is really filling, though.

They forgot to put my 7 layer burrito with my order. I told them at the counter, they gave me a fresh one. The rice in it was crunchy. Got some cinnamon twist. Either the twist or the grease was rancid and sour. I couldn’t eat them.

This should be studied as the gold standard for Taco Bells.

Fast food prices are out of control these days and it’s no longer really worth it to go to most places including Taco Bell at other locations, but every time I am near this Taco Bell I plan to grab lunch or dinner while I’m out because THIS place is a quality like I haven’t experienced elsewhere in years.

It’s so bizarre, you get hot food, filled properly with no skimping on meat, cheese, or sauce, everything made fresh and a bright, friendly staff every time who treats you with respect and doesn’t act like just being at their job is the worst experience in the world… and that I feel MUST be because someone understands that keeping your workers and customers as happy as possible translates to successful business.

I don’t live particularly close to this Taco Bell, in fact there are 4 other locations between me and this one, but I will skip every other one and only eat here.

5 Stars for the staff, 5 stars for the food, Taco Bell corporate should learn from this.

This location is by far the best Taco Bell in the area and it’s not even close. Everyone here deserves a raise bc they put so much care into making the food right. The nacho fries are actually seasoned and fresh, whatever you order is going to come with enough filling, my Mountain Dew Baja Blast Zero Sugar has enough syrup. This review does kind of certify me as a fatty but if you’re a Taco Bell lover this is just the one to go to. No shade but honestly just skip the robious and westchester locations nearby, make the longer drive here. I don’t know what’s in the air here but do NOT change a thing.

this taco bell sucks for it being in a nice area. they always take long with orders and i am always missing items or the make things incorrect. id recommend going to the one at west chester or further up Midlothian those are better and always have baja blast

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. Everything was old & hard or over sauced & soggy. Really couldn’t eat any of it. Only 3 napkins for 3 boxes… also everything was just thrown into a bag, no actual boxes. No forks for nachos or fiesta potatoes. We have not had one positive experience from this location since moving here in October. Will not ever be back.

Ordered through the drive through. Service was fairly quick, person at window did a good job. The power bowl was nothing like what I get at other TB’s. Barely any beans, no guacamole, and skimpy. I won’t go back to this location for a $10 item that is not as advertised. The picture is after it was mixed and was just as skimpy as it looks.

Set in, drive through for 10 minutes before anybody would answer. And I had to say hello, for them to answer, then, a guy answered started taking my order. A female interrupted very rudely and took my answer. It is 10:36 in the morning. On January 20th 2026, very rude will never be back to this location ever again. Take care of your employees.

I was disappointed in this visit. I hadn’t been to Taco Bell in a few months. I just went thru the drive thru to get a quick snack and drink during happy hour. My container of black beans was completely mashed, and this only held about 2 tsp of black beans for $2.69. I ordered the guacamole and chips and received 5 broken chips and about a 1/2 TBSP of guacamole for $3.09.

The website said they had $1 dragon fruit slushies during happy hour. They would not ring up on the website and kept reverting to $3.69 at checkout. I went to the drive thru and the customer service rep was kind enough to offer me a small slushie but they couldn’t figure out how to only charge $1 on their register. (It was not an app-only offer.)

When I drove away to park and eat, I was not happy at seeing that I paid $8 for a few spoonfuls of food and 5 chips.

Stop by after doing some shopping to pick up some things rather than making dinner. They had no ice, no ice tea, no fries made, failed to make the orders as asked, and served their new special item looking like it had been picked up off the floor. The display photos make it look like a pile of Nacho fries what I received was about 8 fries covered in crispy cheese and wrapped in a sheet
