NGL, I come to this taco bell quite often. I’m a single mom, living in lakeside. I might not be the best mom on the block, but I’m the best SINGLE mom on the block (probably b/c I’m the only one). And THIS taco bell has saved me on dinner-time more than I can count. Every SINGLE time I run through this drive-thru (and it’s a LOT), I am presented with professional, attentive, kind, and amazing service. I’ve even been through when the environment on the outside was more hectic than the environment on the inside and I still felt safe and cared for. AND their food is always taco bell quality. Not the best, not the worst. They have never gotten an order wrong, and are always clear about what they have in stock. Thanks Azalea taco bell for representing quality and satisfaction! Appreciate y’all!

Dislocation was very clean when I walked inside. After I placed my order it did not take long to come out the staff was very friendly and they even told me about some of the specials that they had going on. When I went to the bathroom that was clean also which is very surprising because this is a very busy location. This location has plenty of parking, and I was able to get in and out with no problem. I would highly recommend this location for you to grab a good bite to eat

Usually come here afternoons around 3 for “taco tues/thurs” with my son. Drive thru response is always prompt, every drive thru worker ive met has been respectful prompt and clear. Food is always fresh and never a long wait.
In the recent times i have come i only had 1 time a female worker gave me the wrong drink after i clarified it twice at the speaker. Otherwise can’t complain at all.

I barfed. Horrible service. Refuse to serve free water. Doesn’t even have it. Can drunk out the sink ig. I got food poisoning. Very sketchy area. Do not ever go here. There is one on broad street that is much better

Waited 20min at the speaker without any response. Drove to the window and they said “sorry we are busy with door dash orders”
So to get my food I bought on the app, I would have to go back around and wait another 20min

I completely understand getting backed up, it happens. But you need to at least say something on the speaker!
Just a terribly managed location in a pretty bad area. While in the drive thru people will come up and ask for money.

refuses to serve free water. only gave me 11 cinnamon twists not 12. SCARY area. yelled at me for asking for water. overall horrible i highly do not recommend. Someone tried to key my car.

All of the jalapeños in my stacker were in the last bite, and literally three packets of hot sauce left in the lobby. Figured since I asked for some in the bag I’d be fine, but got home and found out no, I had no sauce in my bag.
