I have to say I have been going to this location for years & last night on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 @ around 7 pm/8pm was one of the best experiences I have ever had! SHOUT-OUT TO THE EMPLOYEES WORKING LAST NIGHT BECAUSE YOU GUYS TRULY DESERVE IT! THEY WERE ALL HAPPY, SMILING, PROFESSIONAL, HARD WORKING, & PROVIDED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! With that being said, I’m leaving a 5 star review where it is well deserved. I truly felt as if I valued & taken care of. They were making direct eye contact with us, I was greeted with smiles & the employees were starting conversations with us.They even made my fiance & I laugh. It has been a while since I received such great service & last night I left this Taco Bell happy & smiling. Not to mention, my food was perfect, Exactly how I ordered it, & our entire order was hot & fresh! THANK YOU TO ALL THE GUYS WORKING YESTERDAY! IT WAS REALLY NICE TO LEAVE HAPPY & SMILING! Thank you deeply for such a great experience. You guys really deserve a shout-out!

First order we made was on tacobell side and when we asked to change the hard taco in a combo to a soft we were ordering we were told you can’t substitute so had to order something else. Second order was on KFC side of menu started with they no longer offer grilled chicken or popcorn chicken, was told they were out of all chicken sandwiches. Then ordered chicken littles with no sauce received them with sauce and my mashed potatoes were not mixed all the way as I had chunks of dry powder in them to were they were not edible. Got drinks with my combos and they were out of sweet tea, and all sodas in fountain were out said something and was told sorry did not offer refunds for drinks at all. Only one person was wearing a mask and it was under her chin, floors had food and trash all over them behind the counter, tables in dining room were dirty, and manager looked as if she really didn’t want to be bothered about anything. As were were waiting for order another lady walked in and waited to be greeted and after 10 min decided to leave. This store has had problems for years and nothing has been done i mean how do you run a chicken restaurant that has no chicken.

I came to this Taco Bell for TWO things. Tacos and Nachos. Not only did they claim to no longer serve the Nachos Party Pack or Grande Nachos, but when I finally received my Nachos Bell Grande that I was forced to settle on, I received burned nachos with barely any sour cream, no lettuce, and no tomatoes. On top of that, my Taco Party Pack came with no sauce in the bag, for 12 tacos! Will not be revisiting this location. The parking lot is always empty, and now I know the reason.

Should have listened when my friend told me not to go here because they always mess orders up! Regrettably, I gave them a shot anyway. They literally messed up every item I purchased, and my order couldn’t have been more simple. I ordered the quesadilla meal and ended up with a nasty looking burrito… I’ve also never had sour cream put all in a regular taco. And to top it off, I didn’t get a straw for my drink it sauce for my taco. Now I see why the person in front of me was going off. Do yourself a favor and don’t even think about going here.

In-restaurant was terrible! I arrived around 11:09 a.m. Had to wait to be waited on. I ordered 3 items from the Taco Bell side and a 2 peice chicken meal from the KFC menu. Once I ordered and paid the, the manager yells to the guy that waited on me that 2 of the items I ordered from TB were not available and then said they had no biscuits and did I want to wait. I waited because it was 4 my sister.
