Run away from here fast.
I reluctantly stop by every few months during my lunch break hoping it will be like it once was or like the one 3 miles away off sliding hill is but nope, cold food, laughable portions and constant price hikes at this location only.

Honestly, we come here all the time, and Taco Bell is notoriously the best late night snack but whoever was working tonight severely hates their life and it shows. Waiting in line for 30 minutes for the wrong order with a line of cars wrapped around the building and the inability to get a correction which I would of been weary of anyways I guess since the girl at the window looked like she ran out of her addiction of choice 5 hours ago and was on the verge of a meltdown. Super unprofessional and ridiculous for the cost these days. When tacos were a dollar I didn’t care how much the service sucked ♀️

I just wanna come on here and say the guy that answered my questions about the frozen ba ha blast is a legend! He gave me a large one for only $3 and he was so understanding and patient. The food was absolutely amazing and i wanna thank him so much he remembers my sisters frozen ha ha blast you deserve a raise and the highest salary possible! Keep up the great work man.

Stopped at Taco Bell after Church, ordered 3 crunchy tacos meat and light lettuce only and a steak burrito meal. She gave me price of 24 something…. I said how much is that burrito???? She states and laughs” oh, My Bad.. it’s 16.39. Ok, get to the window, girl is on her ear buds having a very personal phone call, get our food go home. The 3 tacos has A VERY SCANT amount of meat, and filled to the brim with lettuce the burrito was absolutely gross!! It was RUNNY tasted horrible, could really only taste the sour cream, one bite and it went in the trash!! Come on ASHLAND VA TACO BELL!!! You can do better than this!! 9/28/2025 approximately 1:45 pm

Taco Bell is part of our family tradition—we eat it every Sunday without fail. So we’re definitely not new to the brand. While driving through Virginia, we stopped by this particular location, and we were blown away by the quality of food and service.
The order was made correctly, everything was warm, and for the first time ever, the nacho cheese served with the fries was actually hot and fresh. It made a huge difference—it was absolutely amazing!
This location sets a new standard. Corporate should do more audits and ensure all Taco Bell locations operate like this one. Whatever they’re doing here, it’s working—and it needs to be replicated nationwide.

No water, No knife. They said TacoBell is not offering water of knife anymore. If this is true, very bad decision from Taco Bell. How they are expecting us to eat Mexican Pizza and Crunch wrap wothout knife. Order was also missing few items. Never going back to this Taco bell for sure.

Best Taco Bell I’ve ever had.I stopped eating Taco Bell for a while but ever since giving this one a try I am now a fan again. I challenge anyone who has had an issue with Taco Bell to try this location ( I would drive by another taco bell just to come to this one, that’s just how good they are lol ). The young lady jermya who is always at the window is so awesome and sweet. She always has my order correct, hot and fresh.. She is so respectful and always well put together. She makes me feel like I’m spending my money in the right place. I’ve never had taco bell that had everything right and fresh down to the lettuce lol .Each time I’ve been I have not had one complaint on the service or food. This is truly the best taco bell ever. The crew at this Taco Bell is doing something right. I highly recommend anyone who wants Taco Bell to go to this location.

Not sure what it is about this location but the food is always nasty. I’ve tried several times but do notice the evening/night crew is definitely more careless about the food they hand out. Often times the order is wrong and if they get it right its always nasty. I will go to the other taco bell from now on.
