Great Taco Bell on Rock Port Drive in Harrisonburg. The employees were friendly and eager to take my order. The DLTs were great and my cantina chicken burrito was very good. I was told “please come back soon” as I was headed out the door.

If 0 was an option for a rating that would be it, after messing up orders and cursing all through the restaurant, 2 staff that looked like they could be managers just cursed out 65-70 year old man and was threatening to call the police on him after he spoke up about waiting over 20 minutes and nobody would wait on him. This business is really getting out of hand and someone needs to fix it. We will be back until then.

My entire order was wrong, I work by here so it’s easier to come to this establishment. However it’s the same excuse every time “short staffed” I spent $20 on an order I didn’t even eat cause it’s made incorrectly, food was cold, my Gordita crunch had no cheese on the outer layer as pictured. Whenever I reach out to the app there’s no response this is totally unacceptable and the restaurant used to be good not sure what happened but management is failing terribly

I’m not sure the people at this place could get a complete order right if their lives depended on it! The last 3 times I’ve tried to eat here, the food has been a mess. It’s lukewarm at best with everything crammed into one bag like they’re conserving paper or something. The chips are always spilled and crushed underneath everything else. If that’s not bad enough, they don’t give you everything you pay for. There’s always something missing. It’s a disaster. We’re only ordering for 4 people. It shouldn’t be that difficult.

Night shift is awful. After this second time I will never get taco bell anywhere again. I posted the pics of my food that I paid 10 bucks for and let you guys decide if this compares to what chipotle offers or moe’s for the same price. Cantina bowl with extra chicken, (second experience). food is cold.
They talked in a really rude way to me the first time but I let it slide bc it’s night shift. The portion was so small even though I ordered extra chicken.
Second time same thing happened. It was also 11pm ish. they were not only still rude, gave me small portion, but this time didn’t even give me utensil or even napkin. I planned to eat this outside while meeting someone. Had to just let it sit and wait for me to get home. I tried to walk around to get utensils but they immediately said no to me and told me to wait behind 5-6 cars that were there.
Please find a new job if you are that miserable.

I wish that giving negative stars on this was possible. I will be adding pictures to show how horrible the night crew is. ACCEPT KAITLIN G. KAITLING G. SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY EMPLOYEE WHO STILL THINKS THAT IT IS A CUSTOMERRRRRR SERVICE JOB!!!!!!! KAITLIN G. took the time to double and even triple check that everything was rang up properly in the drive through. NOW LETS GET TO THE REASON OF THIS REVIEW. We ordered a CHICKEN QUESADILLA WITHOUT THE JALAPENO SAUCE. Apparently to them it means “I want a tortilla, folded, nothing else….. Please… Nothing else.” See photo. Then asked for a chalupa with no tomato, again see the photo. We also asked for a Doritos Locos Taco with chicken instead of beef. Which apparently means put just a couple pieces of microwaved chicken on the Doritos taco shell. Again…. See the picture. Drove back another 70 minutes round trip to get it taken care of. Wouldn’t give me correct food. Got a refund, oh and even though they gave out KAITLIN G.’s name…… The manager refuses to say her own…… Hmmmmm.

We went through the drive thru today and ordered 3 meals it was all in one bag so we didn’t notice until we got home that they left 2 items out of our meals.. It looked like it was just through together! We usually stop there whenever we come to Harrisonburg but the way it was today I probably want be coming back anytime soon!

Great service from worker at the window, my burrito was messed up and I pulled back around and he fixed it right away no charge to me and gave me coupons for next visit. Not sure of his name but definitely will be stopping by again just for the good service!

We are fairly new to this area but this restaurant and the whole section of town looks brand new. We placed a very large order last night and the wait was not too long, there were a couple of items missing but they replaced them. The food was some of the best taco bell I’ve had in a very long time. The hard tacos were not stuck like most places and the lettuce was perfectly fresh. The only other little issue I had which is something I find at a lot of places were the nachos had a lot of broken pieces. Gladly they gave me a fork, it was still very good. We all found the food to be good all around. I hope it stays that way.
