Visited last night the 25th at around 7pm and had such a wonderful experience. They were very busy but staff was fantastic and food was perfect. The manager Sabrina saw my little ones were getting antsy and brought them cinnamon twists while we were waiting for our food. The gentleman that handed me the food, Justin was as friendly as they come. And the food tasted amazing. Thank you Taco Bell for continuing to exceed my expectations. I will be back for sure.

Whoever was working at 12 am, 10/19/25, did such a good job with me and my friends’ orders. This food was hot, perfectly customized, and delicious. No taco bell I eat from here on out will top this. As a plus, not a single centimeter of tortilla went to waste. All of our burritos and crunch wraps were stuffed to the brim and so were we after this meal. If you want to imagine the dining experience, think about how delicious taco bell is while plastered and then multiply it by 10 and then realize you’re sober. The staff was lovely, timely, and clearly put their heart into this food. I have never felt so much soul in a cheesy bean and rice burrito as I did tonight. I hope all these employees get employee of the month for this experience.

If you sit in your car and eat this as my friends and I did after a long day of walking around, you will pray these workers get a raise. Even as we were getting full, we couldn’t stop eating cause it was too good to go to waste.

Overall, good job everyone involved and may I come across this Taco Bell once more.

The manager, Madison, and team member, Elijah, made this a very pleasant meal. It was my birthday meal and they saw to it that it was a special meal for me. Thank you to them as well as to the general manager, Sabrina, for having a great team there!

Friendly service. And clean tables.
But the service was awful despite the nice employees.
We ordered for a family of 4 at self ordering. After 15 minutes, the order wasn’t put through.
We finally received the order and half of it was missing.

Inside the dining room was very clean and nice. First time at this location for me. Food was good and my order was perfect. I loved the mango iced tea. Staff were friendly also. No complaints here. I enjoyed.

The employees huff and puff through the speaker at the drive through like you are an inconvenience to them. You could literally hear it in their voice they dont want to be doing anything for the customer. They dont let you know what the total is, tell you to go to the window, and get offended when you ask for the total of the order before payment. The tacos are half full instead of full. The cantina crispy taco is the same very little filling. You are definitely not getting your money’s worth or any customer service at this one. Definitely would drive anywhere else, then to spend money for food, where employees really dont give a crap.

It’s a good thing they didn’t give me a receipt for a survey because they made me back up from the window while I waited for my order then my order was missing a burrito. Pull around to go inside and the guy locked the door. Go back through drive through and this worthless girl calls the manager and days your goi g to have to take over here. Work on your customer service and problem solving skills.

I ordered a (#1) 3 crunchy tacos (Regular) with lettuce, cheese, and meat, a large Baja blast with a large cheese fries. I get home and there’s only 2 tacos in the bag and one’s a soft shell, I guess I should’ve checked the bag before pulling off but also for almost $15 you’d think they employees be able to count and place 3 crunchy tacos in a bag.

Service was awful. I placed an online order for in store pick up . There was a box just sitting on the counter when I got there no name or drink cup since I also got a drink. I stood there and waiting for someone to address me and hand me a cup if this was indeed my order. I had a dog in the car waiting so I couldn’t stay inside for a long period of time. I expected my order to be ready when I got there. They dropped off someone else’s order still never acknowledged me. Employees looked at me but no one helped me. So after about 5 minutes which I would have waited longer if I didn’t have a dog or if the app didn’t say my order was ready. I get told I they don’t have my order and I must have placed it at the wrong location immediately when I tell them who I am here for. I explained I placed it there and did an online order in store but no one helped me so I came to drive through I had to confirmed every time of my order. The worst thing is when i finally get my food no apology was given for the lack of customer service I experienced. The employees seemed annoyed I was there and not happy to help.
