I order 5 quesadillas. I received 4. One taco was completely shattered, the crunch wrap didn’t have a hard flat taco in it. And the quesadillas I did receive were all messed up.

I have food allergies and have to request substitutions. My special requests have always been accurate and the food has always been hot and fresh. It occasionally is prepared messy, but overall in good shape. Staff has been pleasant majority of the time, just an occasional off day with subpar friendliness.
Parking lot and drive-thru are a little tight. I’ve never been inside, only drive-thru and can’t comment on restrooms or dining area. The screen is easy to read and accurate. They can get busy and therefore slow during the lunch rush. Other times of day service is quick.

Not sure what I can say about this taco bell. First experience was not great. They shoved all our food into a small bag (couldn’t even check it in it drive through) and of course was missing the new churro bites ordered when we got home to check. The tacos (one soft beef and one cantina chicken) barely had meat and the soft taco was super greasy. Not really thrilled. I’ll prob try the one further out but not this one again.

They put chicken and cheese tacos in my luxe box and called it a day. Happy I paid $10 for $2 worth of food. The dude at the window needs to be drug tested as well, he could not keep a single sentence together nor does he know the difference between a Pepsi and a Baja blast. Incredible yet unsurprising.

The food tasted good, but prepared a little sloppy. The staff were friendly. The sitting area was OK. Many of the tables were a little dirty. It would help if customers would clean up a little after themselves, but I never saw the staff clean while I was there. The parking was great.

Always great experience at this Taco Bell. The employees are always so helpful. At almost every other Taco Bell they act like they don’t see you standing at the register in hopes of you ringing yourself up, not here and I love that about this Taco Bell

in my opinion this location need to train their employees on real customer service and what it means to serve the public. Not little smirks when you ask a question about your food purchase, I decided to just pull off cause I was on my lunch break. I probably won’t patronize this location again

This is the only Taco Bell in the area to get my order right ever single time. I do enjoy my customizations so I understand that sometimes people miss something. Not these folks. They 100% get it right every single time.
It’s manned by mostly teens or young adults, as many fast food places are. This group has been very well trained. I’d travel a couple extra miles to eat here instead of other options.
