I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the service has consistently been disappointing. My most recent visit was around 2 AM to pick up a DoorDash order through the drive-thru. The worker told me my order wasn’t showing up in their system, even after I showed her the confirmation and receipt on my phone. She insisted it wasn’t there, was rude in her responses, and then went to the back saying the order had been deleted and would need to be remade.
Moments later, another employee walked by holding my food, proving the order had been prepared the entire time. The dishonesty and attitude made the situation unnecessarily frustrating, especially given that it was late at night and not busy.
When we finally got the food, the cheesy fiesta potatoes had nachos mixed in (clear cross-contamination), and no sauce packets were provided despite being requested.
This kind of service and lack of care is unacceptable. Management really needs to address both customer service and food quality at this location.

This Taco Bell has to be the worst restaurant. First, there was water puddles in the lobby area. The employees didn’t seem to bother about getting your food or assistance with people and the order screens. The computer screen ordering system should be an option, not the primary order system. Several people came into the restaurant and had trouble using the system.

It’s nothing fancy, but precioussly what a TB should be. Quick solid food with good service. Fyi – The drive through is tight so it can get backed up at peak times. We go to this location because the one near us is simply awful for quality and service (yes you Kingstowne location).

I ordered various breakfast items and when I bit into one of the breakfast burritos it tasted like chemicals. When i check the other side of the burrito it was covered in particles of powdered bleach. Every food item had powdered bleach on the tortilla. The manager was non apologetic and did not see this as a big deal. Also to mention when I went inside the cleaning/maintenance employee was standing on top of the food prep table next to the grills.

This place used to be quiet and laid-back. Ever since they brought in new hires, it’s turned into a high school cafeteria. Groups of teenagers come in, barely order anything, sit around for hours, freeload off the soda machine, and just talk with their friends who work here.

I went for breakfast, only to get a Crunchwrap smaller than my hand, the Baja blast freeze was still defrosting 4 hours after being open, and the little Cinnabon delights looked like they accidentally dropped it in the cinnamon sugar and were fished out as fast as possible.

It seemed that they were understaffed and paying more attention to drive through as there were 3 ppl (including myself) waiting in the front. Apparently, my mobile order was ready but no one bothered to look for where it was once a rep inquired about it.
