The girl that worked very early morning shift (around 3 am) on march 4, 2026 named Keiry Archil is a bad worker! Saw her mix the drink of someone behind me (put a splash of sweet tea and the rest Mountain Dew and mixed it up) I immediately told my friend that she probably messed up our drinks cause she probably didn’t like that we took long to order. Lo and behold my Mtn Dew has a sour/lemonade taste and is the wrong color! She put lemonade in it!! She was hitting the vape inside the kitchen while we waited for the food. My friends Baja blast tasted funny as well. When I finally got my order I asked if I could have a Pepsi instead and she said she’d be right back cause she has to refill the Pepsi machine. She disappeared in the back and came back literally another 5 minutes later and simply got a cup, filled it with ice and put Pepsi in it. She did not need to refill anything!! She could’ve taken the 5 second to give me the drink right when I asked! Just made me wait out of pettiness. She mixed my drink and my friends and the person behind me probably because she didn’t like something about the way we ordered. Horrible horrible worked! No vaping in the kitchen please!

I don’t expect much when I order food at Taco Bell. I kind of expected to be slow and I expect to have to triple check the order but this time was different. The guy who took my order, Don, was very polite and knowledgeable also articulate, and the food came out quickly and it was exactly what I ordered it was nice to have fast fast food for a change and with the very polite staff. So two thumbs up.

Customer service here definitely sucks, all the workers will look at you while you are standing at the counter. Like can you acknowledge someone or At least say “hey we will be right with you” or something, what’s the point of placing a to go order if you aren’t going to acknowledge the customer

Ordered 2 bean and cheese burritos with no opinions no red sauce…this kids just added for no requests Sour Cream! If they can only read the order notes, and this isn’t the first time! Will not be getting anything from this location going forward.

I just went Taco Bell MINNIEVILLE and Dale blvd corner, zip code is 22193.
There are two self serving orders screen, one of not working, another one is busy with other customers trying to order.
Front desk no one to take order. After couple of minutes one of person came to me saying if I need help.
I told him I wanted to order, his state answered we don’t take orders here, you have to order there ( self service register). He repeated couple of times and very angry mode.
I told him I wanted to speak to manager, after ten minutes he came to me and saying manager is busy, can’t speak to you.
L left store and came Nash and mash.

My experience has never been bad here until recently. Some of their NEW drive-thru people (evening shift) have no customer service skills. She just throws you your bag, slams the window, and continues to talk about her personal relationships. Aside from her horrible customer service, I personally like this location. They (at least in my visits) have operated the drive-thru efficiently with minimal wait time. My first breakfast experience was great, except it seemed that their hashbrown sat in oil for an extreme amount of time. Just lightly touching it had so much oil that it made it unedible. But the steak quesadilla was excellent.

THE ATTITUDE IN THE LATE NIGHT SHIFT IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! When taking an order they need to watch how they talk to the customers. They do not care how rude they sound and are rushing people to order. I am in the food industry and how they talk to people is making me want to tell them to their face to watch it.

This is a completely remodeled store with all new equipment and furniture. The food came out quick and was hot. The dining room was a mess. Two employees on their phone/tablet and not one single clean table in the place. I approached the manager about it and he didn’t respond to my remarks nor did he have the tables cleaned. Food good, employees/management needs replacement as well.

I had a really disappointing experience at the drive-thru today. The guy working there had extremely poor customer service. He was rude, unhelpful, and seemed like he didn’t care at all about the customers. His attitude made the whole experience frustrating and unprofessional. Definitely needs serious improvement in how he treats people.
