EMPLOYEES HIGH!!! AS A KITE
I recently had a pretty disappointing experience at a Taco Bell while working a DoorDash delivery. I went through the drive-thru as usual, but when I got to the window, they asked me to park and wait in the lot instead of just handing me the order. That would have been fine if it were just a short delay, but what really frustrated me was that they kept serving every single customer behind me in the drive-thru before they even started preparing my order.
I walked to the drive thru 20 mins later after seeing close to 10 cars coming in and being served while still parked at the parking lot.
When i got there, the employee had forgotten about my order. His eyes were bloodshot Red, sluggish and clearly on something.
As a dasher, time is literally money, and it felt like they had no respect for that.

First, if you want to get points or rewards, you must go to a Taco Bell. NOT a Taco bell/KFC. This is also the same for getting the cheese fries. The Taco Bell/KFC does NOT serve the cheese fries. I’d go there all the time asking for them, and be told they didn’t have it. Then I went here and get them every time. It’s my absolute favorite food from here and I know it is for others, so please keep that in mind when you go to these two different Taco Bell’s. The food is typical Taco Bell food. Tacos, wraps, Crunch wraps, and Quesadillas. The tacos tend to be lacking in meat and cheese unless you get other toppings, but other than that, it’s very good.

Not being able to just place an order with a human suckes! I just spent dubble and had to trash half because it wasn’t what I ordered! But real people do t help any more!! If I didnt have a child to please I would have walked away… #Robbed no more customer service

I mean, this is Taco Bell so the typical 5 star scale is adjusted accordingly. Stars thanks to Mohammed who handled our order! (2nd time was the charm….)
Not a lot of staff to begin with at this location…I came on a weeknight at 12am and with many modifications to my order (potatoes and black beans, extra sauces and no NO meat). After leaving the drive thru (the order came out to a surprising amount with the modifications, it’s better and cheaper to order thru the app) we went to the parking lot to check the order and while I’m happy to say there wasn’t meat in anything of the items, they were all missing potatoes! Our bill however wasn’t missing them so we parked and went into the store for assistance. Mohammed at the front took back the bag and said he’d get on it and that we could wait inside. We went out to get something from the car and one of the workers locked us out despite us explaining we would be right back….alas, we went thru the drive thru once more and thankfully Mohammed knew we were coming – I believe he personally took over making our order. I can happily and a bit incredulously report it was the best taco bell box ever! Piping hot and perfect. Modifications all in place. Made with care. There’s always that risk when you bring food back that they will replace it in haste or sloppily so Mohammed’s attention to detail and customer service was extremely appreciated.
And he refilled our drink for the delay! I can at this time only say good things about the Bell.
I went from annoyed (at the price difference from my order in the app vs my order at the drive thru) to irritated (at the potato-less food and the additional wait time) to mad (albeit I was also hungry but I felt dissed when one of the workers locked the door on us after we explained the situation) to satisfied the deliciousness in the bag….I will be back to this location!

Very disappointed! Ordered 2 orders of Nachos BellGrande for late dinner and none of them came with beans! I love sour cream and beans more than seasoned beef, that’s why I’m so sad and disappointed! Tried to call but no response.

I never leave reviews for Taco Bell but I had to this for this location tonight. I pulled up to the drive thru and there was a long line. I almost decided to turn around. I am glad I didn’t. The line was cleared in no time. I never saw anything like it at Taco Bell. I ordered some custom items so I expected it would take a while. I was wrong. It all came out exactly as ordered and fresh and very hot. I am impressed! Thank you for the great food and service!

I have never been the type of person to review a fast food drive through chain but I just gotta let y’all know. This is straight up the best Taco Bell location in the entire DMV doesn’t matter how busy or late it is or who is working they’re always on point, orders are correct & food is fresh & fast. Been wanting to try breakfast here for a bit. Did not disappoint. There was a problem with my order but they made it right without any fuss. Appreciate that. Taco Bell always seems to be rotating in new and interesting things. Keeping it fresh.
