Food was very good. The service was a bit slow but not that bad. The tacos had lots of filling which was nice. They messed up our order but made the correct items we ordered without a problem. I slipped on some water that was not mopped but besides that this Taco Bell is a location that I would recommend.

I got there at 11:04 to pick up an Uber delivery for someone drove all the way there websites saying they close at 11:30 but at 11:04 the drive thru speaker said they closed to come back during business hours! Well why waste my time when I’m not sure if they will be open! Put the correct hours of operation on your website and DURING THE HOURS YOUR NOT OPEN SHUT DOWN ONLINE ORDERS! It’s sad right off the interstate being closed when website saying open!

My wife just went through the drive-through not only is she ordering a quick item 3 tacos they told her to pull up and wait brought out the wrong order three times and she had to wait over 22 minutes for her food then when she opened the bag. The food was completely thrown all over the place, and disheveled, no sauces. I don’t know how you can treat customers in this way I will be contacting management during the day about the experience we had here I will no longer go to this location

Unfortunately their quality has officially reached inedible. First, our order was completely wrong. My fault, should have checked it before taking it home. Second, food was packaged with zero care. Lastly, food was so bad, had to toss it. Ordered crunchwraps and beefy burritos. Both had to be thrown away. I won’t be eating here again. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Service was TERRIBLE! Krystal at the drive thru not only snatched my card out of my hand but then proceeded to leave it on the counter while waiting for my order, after she slammed the window. She was more worried about her phone than the customer at the window. I had to say Excuse me and finally beeped my horn to get her attention. Disgusting behavior for a customer service worker.

Not sure what’s up with this place. Both the drive-thru and the front counter take forever to get any food. I have been inside a couple times now and always see homeless people sitting at the tables. This must be like the red-headed stepchild of Taco Bell’s!
