Look writing reviews for a fast food chain is a little weird you don’t know if a cooperate overlord is going to see it or the manager of this branch or however it works, however I’m doing it this one time because this particular location and on today (3/6/26 for those reading this months to years in the future) in particular was amazing and I hope that maybe just maybe the guy we served us today sees this.
I think the Baja blast must have gone into the employees brain a little bit.
I forgot lunch and desperately needed food, a tad on the hungry side and we’re closing in on dinner time so we grabbed the closest food to my office. Placed our order and pulled up to the window. The gentleman in the window asks us how we’re doing we say fine, we politely ask how he’s doing he leans out the window and cracks a joke about his day . We’re all laughing now. Then he asks how much hot sauce “substantial or ungodly” we said substantial and he turned around with two fistfuls of sauce and checks our approval again we laughed and nodded and he dramatically placed it in our bags. He handed off the bags with an upbeat goodbye and we were off. For service from a fast food chain, it was fabulous. It was quick, fun, and my hunger was satisfied.
I hope that guy has a great day. I hope that energy stays with you and thanks for being a small ray of sunshine.

Taco Bell’s still a dumpster fire. “Meat” tastes like it was scraped off a truck stop floor, cheese is basically petroleum jelly, and the whole place reeks of desperation.
The five-star reviews? All from accounts with two, three, maybe four posts—like they’re fresh off a factory line. Meanwhile, real people with actual history are screaming “this is trash.”

We placed an order at 3pm, it took over 30 minutes for us to get our order. No employees ever called out the order named or informed us our order was ever ready. In addition, a part of our order was made incorrectly. I had ordered 3 tacos with no chicken yet one of them had chicken in it.
There were also 3 very disruptive middle school aged children runny around the restaurant. None of their parents were there either. It made the overall experience at this location worse. These children were going around attempting to sell candy to other patrons, too. I declined to buy any and am wondering why any of this was allowed.
I don’t think we will ever be returning to this Taco Bell location.

I passed and order for the first time and I order some churros and some nacho this is how I received the churros and the nachos just throw in the bag just as the picture I posted..

10 people in there- everyone yelling at each other, while doing nothing.waited 30 minutes for my order to be completely wrong and probably touched by all of them. Have been sick for two days after im disguised i even ate that; but what are you going to do when you spend 25$??. I heard as i was leaving, “if he was gonna say something id slap him” will never be at that place again, thank God for that. Whomever works there needs to be remediated or go find a new job. That place needs a health inspection, will be calling them as a concerned citizen. Shame on the owner

Placed a delivery order at 12:20 AM and it took over an hour just for the store to prepare it. My driver was waiting the entire time and still didn’t receive the order. Very disappointing service and no communication about the delay. Late-night or not, this was unacceptable.its now 1:35 still haven’t got it

Their Mexican pizza is the best. Try it with mild or medium taco sauce. Just the right spice and it’s so tasty!! Also very fast service through the drive-through.

This is, hands down, the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! You would think that there would be some consistency between stores. Almost empty tacos and the meat tastes old. Like it’s a reheated leftover. Almost no cheese And no sauce! C’mon, at least ask! I’m stuck in a hotel with no car eating the driest, oldest tacos. Gross.

About 45 minutes ago the person who called out our order was rude and sarcastic. I’m a disabled veteran I didn’t hear my order called so my son went to the center. The young man who gave the order made some disparaging comments. We’ll go to another Taco Bell from now on. He should be fired or retrained.
