I experienced a pretty dramatic experience in the store today. All the employees were out back when there were customers in the store. No one to take orders. I made a mobile order for pickup even before I left work. I work about 10 minute away. Orders are supposed to be done when customer gets there via mobile app. I waited another 20 minutes for my food and when I asked them about it they laughed and thought it was a joke. The boy with the nose ring should be fired on the spot for treating customers the way he does.
This is also not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. Grubhub orders take forever. They make one order at at time for drive thru and make you wait at the speaker while they’re making food for the person at the window

Rude and disrespectful people. Got forbidden you have a issue there with your order dont expect a customer service out come. Expect to be yelled at and lied to. Don’t bring your family or your self here its a waste of a trip plus the food sti is like the store. They need to clean it better snd I have not decided but im looking to contact better board of health and better business….

Terrible food quality, small portions and huge inflated prices. Just awful. Im impressed how every time i try tacobell the experience is worse than the last. You can enjoy a sit down restaurant with 100% better quality for the same price.

This location did a great job prepping our mobile order. We subbed beans for meat. The oeder was accurate, fast and all the items were wrapped neatly. Would recommend.

Waited 15 minutes for a chalupa in the drive thru. They do that thing where they only serve one order at a time so they don’t have the timers running on other orders… so everyone has to sit at the speaker while one car goes through… nothing fast about this place… and the workers seem to care more about socializing with each other than serving customers.

Y’all really need to work on your employees and management at this Taco Bell. When I went in, an employee walked in smelling awful and didn’t even wash their hands. That’s completely unacceptable. On top of that, customer service is terrible — they don’t give you the right food half the time and take forever just to take an order. This place seriously needs better training and leadership. This used to me my local Taco Bell but not anymore.

This is the greatest taco bell location in the area. Its a shame they are never busy, every time i come its the same Kid in drive through, John, or Phillip, whatever he deems his name is for the day. he is always calm, and friendly, and whenever i have a mess up with my order he always fixes it. Even when i give him attitude he stays calm and assures me that its gonna get fixed. Eric is also an incredible manager, always calm and kind.
