Oh no….not a good dining experience tonight. Ordered three taco combo and got three shells with lettuce, cheese and a miniscule amount of seasoned ground beef. I filled my drink cup up with what was supposed to be Dr Pepper but was a weird cherry flavored concoction that I didn’t like at all. Something going on at this Taco Bell and hopefully they can change direction and become a fast food restraunt that provides a good experience for it’s consumers.

Every time I go here they get my order wrong / forget something and I’m not over exaggerating.. literally every single time. It’s disappointing since it usually takes on average waaaay too long to even get your order. Can’t even say when you get it is worth it. The last visit I ordered the grilled cheese taco and they basically folded it up into a ball and wrapped it. Hard tacos always a shattered mess. This has been the most disappointing Taco bell I’ve ever used. Only reason I return is my kids love it because they don’t know any better and I do it for them. Been going here for 8 years and the quality is always the same.

This Taco Bell is a mess. I mean it’s Taco Bell, not a Michelin star restaurant. There are only a few ingredients that make up the whole menu. Getting all of your order without having it look like dogfood or tasting like it was made last week is a rarity. I now drive 29 miles to the Denton, MD location to get Taco Bell. Come on Taco Bell, you can do better.

Ahh… Probably the worse taco bell I’ve been to. Couple things, one, the wait is long (drive thru), also they always mess up the order. I ordered a chulupa meal and a crunchy chicken taco then went to the window to pay for them to tell me they have no chulupas. I told them gordita crunch to get home and find a burrito and Doritos taco

I paid 41.00 for 10 crunchy taco supremes and 2 burrito beef Supreme. I got 9 regular tacos. No sauce and no sour cream on the burritos. I will not go back again. It was a total rip-off.

The staff that WAS there did the best job they could. I know staffing a restaurant is hard but you are barely paying them in the first place. Pay an extra couple workers even if you are a little overstaffed so you are never understaffed. Otherwise you make customers angry and your staff miserable.
