food is fine (if you even get it), service is genuinely unbelievable in how bad it is. most of the time, there isn’t anyone at the front, meaning you can only order on the kiosks and it can take upwards of 10 minutes to actually talk to an employee. they took 30 minutes to make a relatively small (<$30 order for 3 people) order, then came up to say that they had run out of something in the order. not that bad by itself, I asked for a supreme taco to replace it, but when I got my order, there wasn't anything there in the first place, no replacement. the service here is horrendous, don't bother going here if you aren't going through the drive-thru, or if you don't mind getting 2/3 of your meal

I stopped @ Taco Bell after 8 PM on Thursday, 8/21/25, for my husband. I must say two ladies that was working that night, was very professional, kind, greeted us with a smile. The drive thru @ Taco Bell was very busy that night. Please accept my apologies and I did not get the ladies name that night. She was nice, kind, and even said thank you and have a great night. Come again. Excellent customer service was given.

Don’t know why I ever continue to order taco bell. Firstly, I could hear nonsense from employees through the drive through speaker. Carrying on and whatnot. Probably why they got my order completely wrong, and I didn’t realize until I got home. Not sure how “3 soft taco supremes with chicken instead of beef” sounds like “chicken supreme burrito” and “beef crunchy taco supreme,” but I bet it has something to do with distraction and lack of consideration. Nacho fries are cold, but the only part of my order they got right. Why do I do this to myself?

This Taco Bell location is so much nicer than the surrounding ones. I go out of my way to visit this location if possible. The staff is always friendly and food is always hot and fresh.

Taco shells broken. Only has order kiosks, and staff just stood there staring at us then finaly realized we ordered. Slushy is not full. Hot food is not completely hot. A couple of tacos pretty much just shell. No one expects Taco Bell to be amazing, but it should at least be taco bell quality.

I ordered 2 cheesy grilled melt steak burritos, and they gave me 2 tiny steak chalupas instead of what I ordered from the drive thru “Taco Bell ” need to listen to what customers order!!!

I recently tried this Taco Bell (first time for the chain in over 20 years) here in Town of Centreville MD. I ordered a sampler of the online MUCH ballyhooed Vegetarian Menu. Items were “stock” from the menu, no special additions or embellishments etc. One sampler for me, one sampler for my wife. I sent the order via online; it was ready at pickup ~ 20 minutes. Consensus was best was the Crunchy thing living up to the hype; everything else in a soft wrap that had any hint of refried beans was mostly just THAT…lettuce, black beans, rice…anything else was minimal at best. The Vegetarian Samplers basically consisted just of refried beans and nothing else…”else” was that scant and if at all in one very small lump dumped somewhere along the food vs scattered for taste and texture. All wrapped and packed into one bag, the weight smashing everything like proverbial Micky’D trodden-on burgers. Disappointing and crap. I’m hard on Subway shops IF they skimp on my Veggie Delite subs (I usually buy 2x foot longs when I’m in their area) and I’ll do the same here next time I sample. Easy on the refried and beef-up (no pun intended) the other veg ingredients. Man does not live by refried beans alone…Centreville MD Taco Bell can do MUCH better. It has to with a rating this low.

Horrible experience today! I placed a mobile order pick up order for 12:30 pick up, I arrived at the store at 12:34 waited for fifteen minutes before anyone acknowledged me the they said my food was ready a while ago and handed me a bag of cold food that was made at 11 when I placed the order (this is not the first time this has have so I screenshotted my order to day with the pickup Time on it) they were understaffed but that doesn’t make up for two managers completely refusing to give me a refund make my food or even speak with me, I asked for a number to contact someone higher up then them multiple times and they blantey ignored me the entire time I was there and did not try to resolve anything the 40 mins I was there. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I have worked in fast food many times and have never dealt with a company so unprofessional. I still have not had a resolution from last week for almost the same thing with out the disrespect)

The first time that I used this Taco Bell’s drive-thru, I had quite a few items in my order that had added ingredients. Upon my arrival home, I noticed that the “extras” that I had paid ($11 worth) were not included on the items. I called the restaurant and spoke to one of the managers, Christian, who apologized and asked if I could come back but I was already home. He said that the incorrect items would be included in our next order free of charge. I just stopped in tonight and let the employees know about the items that were to be replaced and they were very nice. I know somethings it can be frustrating to get an incorrect order but it really helps when the restaurant is willing to make up for it and they do it with a smile. Great work, Centreville Taco Bell!
