This Taco Bell is worth going out of your way for. It is different. Not skimpy. The lettuce was new and crunchy (!) Every taco was plump and fresh! It was a seriously worthwhile and enjoyable lunch experience. Even their soundtrack was pretty good, in my opinion.

I’m a doordasher. I have been sent to this West Street location on many occasions. They have HORRIBLE customer service skills! Upon entering there’s no one there to greet you, no one makes eye contact with you, and because us Dashers have a time limit they know they should have the order ready in a timely fashion. 9 and a half times out of 10 they don’t! My experience today is when I was sent there to pick up an order I waited 20 minutes. That is completely and utterly unacceptable there were plenty enough people there to get the food prepared in a timely fashion even if it’s not completed at least it could have been started. This is just one occasion out of many. The area where they make the food is dirty there’s food all over the place the young man who made the order wipe food off of the counter with his gloves and turned around and completed making food with the same gloves on. It’s disgusting. The manager did her best to keep an eye out for the order for me because she noticed how long I was standing there. The problem I have is when you wait beyond the allotted time doordash will penalize the Dasher for getting the order to the customer late. I will fight them on that. Buyer beware door Dasher beware West Street Taco Bell is horrible terrible customer service skills, terrible feels all the way around!

I love Taco Bell. The food is usually consistent. The kiosk is cool too, less chance for a misunderstanding when placing an order, great. But needing to ask for a code to take a leak, ridiculous. I get it, people are disgusting and nobody wants to clean up that mess, but if I have to ask permission to take a pee, please have someone available to ask instead of a kiosk.

As you know with fast food some people maintain there dineing rooms and some dont….well depends on the time here….at night the drivethrough lines can reach west street so wrapped around the building…in some cases you know hours of your rush and i feel stuff should be expedited and ready to crap and bag by an employee…this location has good days and bad days with employees as some cant leave issues at home and they show at work

I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve been in this area of Annapolis for 2 going on 3 years and never had a bad experience with this location but tonight was the last straw. My order was correct however the quality of the food was horrible! Old soggy tomatoes and lettuce. The guacamole on my nachos tasted very old almost as if it had been sitting. It barely had any chips, it was mostly filler/toppings. Mine came in a cardboard box while my husbands came in the proper to go plastic container. My husband’s nachos had way too many refried beans on it to the point that it was unbearable. It’s clear there’s a lack of care. I had gone twice before and the tomatoes were gross and my tacos were super soggy like they were pre made just sitting. I thought maybe it was just the workers that day but apparently that’s just the way things are there. I should’ve known the food wouldn’t be good by the way the woman on the intercom sounded, almost like she had just been napping and could care less. No thank you, drive a little further to another location. Never again! Waste of money!
