I ordered a bunch of stuff. One thing was a Mexican pizza with no beef, black beans instead. It had beef and no beans. I saw it rung up on the receipt that way and when I asked about it, the cashier said no that’s not what that means. I didnt check it until I got where I was going. I haven’t eaten beef since 2017 so that was a waste of my money everything else that I ordered with black beans instead of beef came out correctly so idk what the mix up was about. Maybe moving too fast while ringing up the pizza? Idk but it was very disappointing.

I was driving down Library Road and decided to stop by Taco Bell for a quick bite. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much since some fast food locations can be hit or miss — but I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the Black Bean Crunchwrap and the Black Bean Grilled Burrito, and both were hot, generously filled, and delicious. I also grabbed a cinnamon coffee, and it was surprisingly well made.

This Taco Bell customer service is horrible. They never make my food correctly. I don’t eat beef and I paid for chicken. All of my food has beef on it. They also threw my food together and the wetness made the food fall through the bag.

Worst Taco Bell ever. You can tell the soda isn’t set correctly from the lack of color in the cup when they hand it to you. It taste like seltzer water. They don’t fry the chalupas. And they skimp on the meat. I can always tell my husband has went to this location. Subpar.
