My roommate and I get drive through T Bell almost every week (sometimes multiple times a week) and have been for the past 2 years. They get our order completely right pretty much every single time. We are both vegetarian, so we make many substitutions every time we order, but it’s never a problem. They’re prompt and friendly, too. Fast food (especially late at night) is a tough job and I’ve always been very impressed with them.

They are not good for Uber eats DoorDash GrubHub. The wedding all drivers outside at a cold temperature -5 today. there is so many drivers to wait for the order. to coming up, but they took so long and they want to people be outside at a cold temperature for 20 minutes. request to the management of this taco bell is a winter time at least please open the door so we can come inside and waiting for the all delivery orders.

The two slightly chubby guys who work here, one of them being the manager, deserves a raise. I was off my meds when I called them so I wasn’t particularly acting right.. but they were with me the entire time treating me like a real human being and even making small talk with me. Most workers bring their rudeness out on me -but these guys- Nuh uh.

I had the most pleasant experience this evening around 5:25pm from the most helpful lady that took my order and was very knowledgeable about the current menu and even the upcoming new items!! The cashier ( younger female) my receipt says Darius was also kind. Great customer service is so hard to get nowadays rather it’s a drive-thru or dine in.

Never seen a taco bell this dirty. Inside and Out. The Manager and employees had very nasty attitudes as well. I asked for the manger name to report my complaints to corporate but the Manger that worked on December 29th at 12:45am did not want to share their name. Definitely would never come back to this location.

I was just disappointed because the whole thing was so impersonal. You don’t even ever get to talk to a human except for 1 minute when you pull up to the drive-thru window, but when you pick up your food, you don’t get to talk to anybody. I guess some old school but I sure do like that human interface and not all this AI stuff or security stuff.

Been going to this Taco Bell for over 10 yrs.. Never really had any problem with the food here. The only, and perhaps the main issue with this location is, at times, the wait can be too long depending on the time of day. Late evening can be the busiest. They also seem to, too often run out of menu items. Seems like it could be partially due to a lack of staffing at times. This location also seems to go through frequent changes in management and/or ownership, which may contribute to the inconsistency. There are times when they seem to be running very efficiently, then other times not so much. Kind of hit or miss regarding wait times and availability of items. But never any issue with the food quality. Convenient location right off of Pulaski Hwy (Route 40). There’s also an entrance off of E Fayette Street.
