Waited for tacos didn’t come to give we had to drive back to drive through to get our order once we got our tacos. The tacos were mushy, soggy, and it looked like they been ran over by a vehicle.

This location is mind-numbingly bad. I’m not sure what has happened within the last year or so, but its inexcusable! Twice now I’ve had to wait in the parking lot for over 40 MINUTES for my order. This most recent and last time, they finally hand me my order, and I check the bag and lo and behold 2 orders of chips are missing. I go back into the store, show the receipt and get a whole bunch of attitude and eye rolling in return, because somehow I’m inconveniencing them?! Never again. Avoid this location at all costs!

I’ve been to the drive through twice, and both times they told me to pull around front to wait for my food. First time it was about 10 minutes, second time it was over 20 minutes…
No clue what’s going on in there. I doubt that they are chopping veggies, baking tortillas, and sauteing meat fresh for 20 minutes.

Otherwise the people working there have been fine/nice

One star is not low enough for this location. By far the worst I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ve been to this location 4 times in 4 months and each time is worst of that is even possible. Employees arguing in front of customers, Waiting every time 15 minutes plus for my food, No one acknowledges you until you have to say something.
I never advocate for people losing their jobs, but everybody at this place needs to go. Whoever manages this place should be ashamed of themselves.
Food is messy or skimpy and takes entirely too long.
I only went four times to see if their level of service would be better. NOT SO. Will never come back.

How the heck can you make me smile by making me wait forever for a fast food place and then I can’t get a refund on your mistakes? will not be coming here again -100/5. To make it worse this location prices are significantly high compared to other local taco bells.

Been maybe 5 times in the last two months and every time I’ve placed an order, no matter if it’s in the app, or through the drive through, they ask me to pull around and wait for my order. One of those times, I waited at least 20 minutes. Worst Taco Bell in Baltimore and a sorry excuse for “fast” food. I’m sure the employees are trying their best, but it’s insane that I have to wait after ordering my food every single time. It can be as little as two tacos. I’m not sure if they’re in the back making them from scratch or what.

Went to this restaurant tonight for for first time and I ordered 6 steak tacos supreme; total order came up to $25+

When I got home and opened the tacos I almost fainted. The tacos had little to no meat. This is unacceptable; I will never purchase food hear again, nor recommend Taco Bell to anyone I know. Every taco was the same.

I have never watched a manager act so unprofessional! Terrible person. Told us to wait 15 minutes immediately after running my card while having a conversation with another employee in front of me about how they dont give refunds under any circumstances. I never would’ve paid if I had been given a heads up about the wait time. She did nothing to rectify or mitigate the situation, just a lot of attitude and lack of accountability. Didn’t even get the food….I’ll dispute the charges.

My first complaint is that the bean burritos were 40% more expensive than any other place around the Baltimore area. That is a significant difference. I have no idea why is that. Second I asked it grilled but they did not care to do it. It’s the worst experience in a long time.

I think the person working the front today, 3:45pm on 10/3/25, is new and the people working the back are being so disgustingly disrespectful to her. I will be contacting the company. They were yelling at her and bad mouthing her over something she misunderstood, something completely insignificant, right in front of customers. I will not be returning because of the way they treated her. I pulled her to the side and apologized to her on their behalf. This is so unprofessional and disrespectful.
