I have been coming to this location for awhile now, so it’s about time I post my review. I’ve tried a variety of items on the menu and I’ve consistently had correct orders and the food is yummy. The associates have delivered speedy and friendly customer service. I wouldn’t go to any other location! Thank you Westminster Taco Bell Team!!

It’s great when mike is there but the little small women at the drive thu does not know how to reach and makes you reach. Also is almost completely silent. Also the AI is over the top with question that slow the line but still took 15 minutes for food.

I am extremely disappointed came in to Taco Bell ordered $40 worth of food got three Doritos Locos tacos check the bag and they’re hard tacos. I asked them they said we’re out but never told me and on top of that the tacos were mushy and barely any meat not coming here anymore. And on top of that, the workers were very unprofessional.
Well, I just looked at my rice and bean burrito ended up just being a rice burrito. I stood there at the counter and got ignored for five minutes will never come here again.
And on top of all of it, it was filthy and disgusting had to clean my own seat and table off to eat

Employee working window was not happy and took her attitude out on us. My hard taco was broken, my soft taco was very small. Not worth the money.

Fast and friendly service but the employees spent more time fist bumping each other than preparing food. My Mexican pizza obviously wasn’t a priority ;(

On May 28th we went to Taco Bell in Westminster MD. We are vegetarian. We ordered Nacho fries and Combo9 (Mexican Pizza and 2 crunchy taco supreme) with Beans (instead of Beef) and requested them not to cut the Mexican Pizza. When we received our order it was all BEEF! When we returned it the store manager, Dustin, came to the register to help us. Did not talk to me properly, was not at all apologetic, yelled from the cash register “guys you made vegetarian order with beef” told us food will be out and walked away.
After waiting for several minutes when we checked they had forgotten to remake our order! When we finally got the order, it was soft tacos instead of crunchy taco supreme! So we had to take the order back and Dustin was extremely rude to us. Also the Mexican Pizza was cut and when we asked him he said we did not tell him anything about that! Did he even wait a second to talk to us!!! Also what happened about him ordering soft tacos when the combo clearly states crunch taco supreme!!! Even after we called him he did not come back!
The quality of the food was poor the beans were extremely dry and there was literally small blob of sour cream in the center of the taco!

The food was great, but the employees were mouthy and disrespectful. The inside closed 3 hours before the actual restaurant closes, so we were told to use the drive thru only. The drive thru just so happened to be blocked off by an 18 wheeler so we could not access the drive thru either. Very disappointing.

This store needs a NEW STORE MANAGER. Wait times are way to long for 3 people waiting for food. We shouldn’t have to wait 20 mins for our food. This is the store managers fault. This store needs help badly. On top of that the workers are moving like there’s nothing to do.
