Shout out to Fawad for his amazing customer service on Super Bowl Sunday evening! The store was SLAMMED with orders from food delivery services, walk ins and the drive thru which was around the building!!!

Fawad was nice to everyone and went the extra mile keeping me posted with my order! Much appreciated! Way to go!

Honestly they dont even deserve a one. This is simply just as low as it can go. Maggots, in my food. Disgusting. Not only that but they ALWAYS forget stuff and are so insanely slow. No wonder they cant keep any employees. Disgusting. Maggots in my food is just straight up disgusting.

Just know that it is going to take about 30 minutes to get your food. Overall, the staff is friendly and the food is good (for Taco Bell). It’s just too busy. It is the cheapest meal out in all of Pasadena. Can feed a family for $20…hence the long lines and wait times.

Love eating here but the drive-thru is always a long wait time. But not ever go there with a $100 bill. Even if your food is $60. They will tell you that they don’t have change and send you on your way without your food.

So disappointed how the lady at the front treated customers without a little bit off customer service skills. This is my favorite taco bell in the area, very fast service, today I finally decided to go inside the store cause Drive thru lane it was too busy but got into a very bad experience for that employee in specific. The way she talks to customers, making feel not even welcome there is so bad, feels like she doesn’t wanna work on the front. I love this location but probably gonna move over to another area.

I order my food and didn’t have enough on my card but I had cash to complete the order. They acted like it was my fault not knowing thier machine couldn’t do that. So they said the $35 i paid on my card would reversed and the would be free. So they treated use like free loaders and gave use food that was un eatable did even give use what we order forgot my soms food. I felt bad even tho they should have been able take card and cash I handed the cashier all the cash I had and she said not in a nice manner this should help and pit it in her pocket. I had to throw the food away bc it was rank and my kids didn’t eat for the night. And the $35 was taken out they got thier money and we got nothing. To anybody that reads this beware this place is disgusting all around food and people.

You really shouldn’t allow customers to add to their order at the window when people have been waiting in the drive thru for 40 minutes. And there were only 4 cars in front of me when I entered the line. 40 minutes for fast food? And then to have the women working the window get rude and shut the window when I attempted to voice my concern. What happened to the old crew? They were fast, efficient and friendly!!!! I’m going to go enjoy my cold food now, as the app showed my order was “ready” for almost 30 of the 40 minutes I waited. Pic attached of what happens to hard shell tacos that sit for a long period of time. They get soggy and stick to the paper they are wrapped in. No one wants to eat wet, soggy corn shells. I bypass 2 other Taco Bell’s to patronize this particular one because the quality of food is better, but after waiting approx 40 minutes the last 2-3 times I have visited, I will take my business elsewhere.

I rarely eats at Taco Bell, but I had a sudden craving. The take-out line was lengthy, prompting us to go inside. Unfortunately, I encountered an unexpected requirement to place my own order, followed by the unpleasant experience of listening to employees vocally announcing names, and finding that inquiries were often met with responses marked by significant attitude. The lack of good customer service was striking. This establishment was absurd. I would never revisit this location.

I can confirm that this is easily the worst Taco Bell on the East Coast. Not even a question. Placed a mobile order. No sense in ordering from the menu, they’ll give you whatever they feel like making. The line that wraps around the corner is from them moving in slow motion, not from the good quality food. This place sucks. You’re better off going to Glen Burnie, Severna Park, or even D.C. And if you’re driving through on a road trip, just keep driving. This location will add an extra 6+ years to your drive.
