Food was cold , staff was rushy, I asked for a moment and another lady came on speaker in under ten seconds asking if I need help(Taco Bell Menu has over 30 items and it is small print, be considerate)at 12:30a.m. Extremely skimpy smallest portions of meats and vegetables. When I asked a question at the window about the food type they triple teamed me. Not satisfied with my visit. Good luck, I . Would not recommend this location.

Terrible customer service. Please bring the younger night crew back. I visit often and the younger crew is always friendly. On this particular evening the older caucasian employee was nasty and rude via the drive thru. I also notice you guys always give me a slip of paper to call or something about reviews with my food. Tonight I didn’t receive one because the employee at the window knew she was rude and nasty. When I requested it at the window she said it was in the bag. Checked in front of her she brushed me off to leave. Can’t stop a Google review. But I will never be back. Washington blvd here I come

This Taco Bell is my go to spot whenever I am heading back to Pennsylvania from a Maryland training. Have never had a bad experience here with for or customer service m. This time was my first time inside and it was clean. In lobby and bathrooms. They even have the touch screen ordering option inside which i did not find hard to use.
If you’re in the mood for Taco Bell and are in the area I would highly recommend it.

We went through the drive thru and the cashier Ashleigh was rude. Our food was just thrown together and we were not asked if we would like any sauce. I understand working fast food can be awful at times, but you can’t give all your customers an attitude for a bad one you had earlier.

Showed up an hour before closing the drive-through is blocked by the service truck doing deliveries lady at the window tells me I cannot make an order at the window. We’re closed. I only went to the window because she took a guy order five minutes before me and told me we’re closed.

We walked into the taco bell and asked to order and they refused to take it telling us to use the self order kiosks.
Once we put the order in the food took almost 15 minutes to arrive. This taco bell doesn’t seem to get that the key to fast food is the speed.
When the food came it was pretty average for a tacobell nothing to rave about. Although the soda machine tasted a tad off as if they turned down the amount of syrup per drink.
Also the music seemed kinda loud.

Decent Taco Bell. I’m not going to review Taco Bell. You guys all know what it is about. I will review the location. Easy location to highway and to the airport. The location is updated with the latest decor. Everyone was nice and service was fast. I know this location can get crowded.
