The food is what it is. If you like it, I’m not going to yuck your yum.
The person bringing your food to the counter is fine, but not having anyone to take my order and force me to order on those stupid little tablets suck.
The restaurant is clean, but good through the drive thru if you want customer service.

Up until recently, this tacobell has been my go to when I crave it. I frequently order from here and my order is always fresh, well made, and accurate. But today, i placed an order through uber eats. I removed ingredients and purchased extra on some things. Everything was incorrect. My food also looks a mess. Some of the things I couldn’t even eat because i requested for things to be removed and they still added it. Don’t know if there’s new people working here but it’s like ordering from a different tacobell. Only reason im disappointed is because tacobell is not cheap and it’s a waste of money when things go this way. When I pull up to a fast food place I don’t expect spectacular service ever. But i also don’t expect or want to have to feel rushed and disrespected in the drive thru. Being rude takes too much effort I think the people working here should realize that. Overall, i haven’t had an issue with this location until recently so i’ll give it a few months before i try this place again.

I spent $90 in this place online order,I don’t receive my son freeze my sauces & why must my potatoes be burnt dry & hard received this order at 8:50 pm Nov 21 2026 I’m sure whomever made this wouldn’t eat it themselves so why must we be served this kind of food

Oct. 29. Around 11:50. Whoever worked this shift is very rude. I came to drive thru to place order. As im ordering every single item I asked for at the end she would ask “will that be it”. Atleast 3 times. This Spanish lady was very rude and had zero customer service. Dont give her a chance to do it again. If so I will contact corporate because their is no need to rush people and youre drive thru isn’t busy. I jus went to the taco bell in largo town center. Their excellent. This location is horrible.

Ordered a crunch wrap supreme and a chicken enchilada. I had not been to Taco Bell in over 10+ years, but I decided to see if the food was better. What a disappointment! It tastes like I was eating lettuce (crunch wrap) and rice (enchilada). This experience totally convinced me that Taco Bell is just not for me. The food at this place tastes NOTHING like the food at a Mexican restaurant. If you only eat Taco Bell and has never been to a Mexican restaurant you are doing yourself a disservice. This food is disgusting!

Visited Taco Bell on 10/30/25 around 1:30 AM. The employee at the drive-thru yelled at me when I tried to place an order, saying they were closed, even though the sign clearly says open until 2 AM. Completely unprofessional behavior. If the store isn’t open until the posted time, fix the hours or the staff’s attitude.

AVOID THIS PLACE. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Cantina Taco with Extra Chicken. The attached photo will explain it all. Chicken was old, dry and tough. I also was shorted a chips and cheese from my order. I should’ve checked my bag, tho. That’s on me because I know it’s difficult to complete a simple order of 3 tacos and chips. That’s a whole 4 items and that’s mind blowing. This isn’t my first incident with this location…but I’m almost sure it’s my last.

Courteous and professional. Ran into a problem when I had ordered with a future pick up time of 530pm, but the restaurant made the order at 350. Probably was some kind of tech issue, but they remade all my food. Really appreciated the way they made it right immediately
