Horrifying Experience – Please Be Careful
I never thought I’d have to write something like this. After a long and exhausting day at work, I stopped at Taco Bell to grab dinner for my daughter and me. When we got home and started unpacking our food, I noticed something strange in the bag. At first, I couldn’t tell what it was—but when I looked closer, I was absolutely horrified to find what looked like a jaw bone from an animal.
My heart dropped. I felt sick just thinking about it. I immediately called the store to report what happened, but the reaction I got was shockingly casual. They didn’t seem concerned at all and even seemed surprised that I wanted a refund. It’s now been three days, and no one has called me back.
My daughter and I were too scared to eat anything from that order—we threw all the food away, not knowing if it had been fried or prepared with the object. I can’t describe how disturbing this was, especially when I was just trying to enjoy a simple meal with my child.
This experience completely shattered my trust in Taco Bell. I sincerely hope they take this seriously and do a full investigation, because no one should ever have to find something like that in their food

The manager was extremely helpful when her worker completely ignored me at the counter. She asked if I needed help. Told her my name and that I was waiting on my order. She turned around, looked at the bag on the shelf, tapped the bag, then walked away. I’m thinking maybe she went in the back to get something else for my order. I could clearly see my name on the bag. She never came back. Had to get another workers attention to get my food.

They could do better with not ignoring customers. 5people from the back will mind their own business while their is a crowd of customers waiting. Plus the wait time after ordering is insanely long. Mold in some places too.

No sweet tea on menu choice, or available in dining room. No Diablo sauce available, and no Lemonade either. Very cold and empty in the dinning area. Not very welcoming i will not return here. I don’t recommend this Taco Bell.

Wanted to try the experience here, but was told the system is down. I pulled around the drive thru and noticed quite a bit of cars and people being served inside. I went inside, and the cashier is taking orders, I ask if your system is down she replied “no what can I get you” I asked “Is the drive thru down” she said “no there goofing around cause the have no cars”. I decided to decline the offer for her assistance to purchase food from this location. I remember the location from 15 years when my pops were alive. Whelp Burger King it is (only because it is the closest.

I ordered the grilled cheese double steak burrito first I didn’t get a receipt and didn’t notice until I got home they didn’t even give me what I ordered I got a regular beef burrito I tried to call no answer so I had to write a review and as you can see this isn’t steak there’s no cheese or jalapeños on the outside I paid for what is a premium burrito and didn’t get it
