Absolutely the worst customer service. Came here 10yrs ago. It was terrible then. I thought it had cbanged. I placed my order before 8 individuals. They all received their orders before me. I waited 21minutes for my food because they gave my order to someone else. Once i received my order, it was wrong. Thats crazy and amazing. The cashier has a bad attitude and not friendly at all. The manager brushed my complaint off. I definitely recommend not to patronize this location.

10/21/2025- I stopped here, after Community Choir rehearsal to grab three soft shell tacos and a mango Fresca beverage! Yum! Yummy! Good! Great place, super clean inside, food team very nice, personable and professional, and quick! Food order was fast!!! Love it! Had a great fast food experience!

I usually cook at home, and after this experience, I’ll be doing it even more often. Customer service at this location has gone completely downhill.
The woman taking my order big, light-skinned with blonde curly hair was incredibly rude. She rushed me through the entire process, repeatedly snapping “is that all?” until I finally had to tell her to give me a minute.
When I got to the window, the service didn’t improve. I had ordered a Freeze, but she told me they didn’t have any and just handed me a fountain drink instead. She then repeatedly asked if I was going to take the drink, rather than apologizing for the inconvenience or offering a refund/alternative.
To top it off, the tacos were served cold. Taco Bell, you need to do better, I will not be returning.

Always out of Diet Baja Blast and regular Baja Blast. I’ve been given regular when I order diet. Gonna kill a diabetic.
Their drink machine never works.
The drinks they fill from the back taste like they spray a chemical cleaner in your cup.

I wish google was able to allow us to give negative reviews. I have always had issues when coming to this location however never wanted to write a review as much as I wanted to write this one.
I ordered 2 enchilada’s no red sauce, no where in the menu does it say there are beans in the burrito. I hate beans. When I called I was told that I could come in and get my order remade, wouldn’t have been a problem had I had already been out on my lunch break and didn’t get off of work until 2 a.m. Now I fully understand people make mistakes however when I asked for a manager he asked if there was anything else he could do and I said no just the manager, he hung up the phone. I tried to call back but found that my number was blocked. This is extremely rude and disrespectful behavior.
I’d suggest taking your time and money elsewhere. For a company that used to be praised for their cheap options and fulfilling food, this company has surely gone down hill very quickly. Do not recommend at all. If I was this guy’s manager I would not only be disappointed but I would also be ashamed to have him represent the company and my store in this manner.

Drive thru is fine, but the dining room is terrible. It’s clean, but they refuse to turn on the drink machine or fill condiments table. This forces diners to go to the counter, and often wait a long time for any service, for literally anything. Unacceptable and just lazy.

Had to get out of the drive thru line fir them to finish making my food, waited additional 15mins. Got home and all 3 of my Cantina tacos were literally half full only one side had anything in it….absolutely ridiculous! Never coming to this location again.

3/13/2020 ordered thru app. Went to counter to get my order, they gave my order away to someone else. I had to wait for them to make it again. No biggie, things happen….BUT…
3/20/2020 this time I use the drive thru so I get my order in a timely fashion as now I don’t trust the app. I order three triplelopas with steak and three soft taco Supremes. When ordering she informed me that it would an additional $2 each for the steak. No problem. When I got home, all three triplelopas were ground beef. Inside the bag looked liked they dumped one of the tacos in it so the contents were everywhere, with further inspection that’s what happened.
With the first order I figure, oops. Today’s order, now you owe me money.
