I always go in the drive thru so I can’t speak on in-store experiences, but my many trips to Taco Bell in Reston have been phenomenal. To the point that I have been so much and they’ve always gotten my order right (with lots of modifications)- I once received a meat burrito although I am vegetarian, but of course, it was because I mistakenly forgot to swap for beans.
Whether it’s daytime or 3 am, the employees here are the best! Super clean and the best Taco Bell ever

Best Taco Bell I’ve ever had. I’m big on the vegetarian menu items and this place served the best black bean Crunchwrap supreme I’ve ever had. Love the digital ordering menu where you could see what you ordered to make sure modifications were captured. Will be back when I’m craving a Crunchwrap!!

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. My only complaints are that the parking sucks and they have a homeless problem. I don’t like sharing a dining area with homeless people that just set up piles of horded junk, rant about who-knows-what, or fully just sleep at the dining tables.

Quick and easy experience ordering breakfast here. I stopped in to pick up a mobile order for breakfast and stuck around to eat it. This location is modern yet still feels a little like a throwback tacobell, in many good ways. The service was good here as well and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Best Taco Bell I have been to for years. Granted this was my first visit to this one and it was at 2pm. I waited in the drive thru for ~1 min. Food was made with care. Quesadilla was cut perfectly and the cheese and chicken throughout, but just clumped in the center. They didn’t try to skimp on hot sauce either, which is one of the reasons I go. Thanks

I’ve only been through the drive-thru; never been inside the restaurant at this location. The drive-thru line can vary from a few minutes to upwards of 20 minutes, but the food has been tasty every time I’ve ordered and still hot when I’ve reached my destination. The staff is friendly over the intercom and at the window.

If you want your tacos to contain as little meat as is possible, this is your place. See photo. I bought 3 taco supreme, all three were filled with lettuce and almost no meat. And I said thank you when I received the order, and I get no acknowledgement, not a word, just walks away like he’s doing me a favor. This seems to be the norm everyplace these days and it stinks

I get lunch here all the time, and the food and service is top notch. Marisol, who mans the drive through 9/10 times I’m there, always does an amazing job in a very busy, stressful environment. Would recommend for whenever you need a quick bite at a low price
