I never ever give a fast food place a 5 star review!!! But wow I am beyond stunned and impressed how the customer service was at the drive through just amazing!!!! I actually was just picking my order from the drive through but also had to used the bathroom and I am so impressed how the bathroom was clean!!! Almost majority time whenever I go through a a drive through at a fast food place customer service is never there and also bathroom is always fifty. But this location I really feel like they deserve there 5 stars kuddos to everyone in there!!!

They don’t put much of meat inside your tacos, they also try to cover it with a lot of lettuce. All you’re paying for is the shell and lettuce.

Gotta say hands down the worst quality of food I’ve ever received from a taco bell. Was given nachos fries that have been sitting in the warmer for AT LEAST AN HOUR. Fries were cold and stale to the point of being difficult to chew .

Maybe the service isn’t the best but the quality of the food has been very fresh. Even the hard shells. I’m always very kind at the drive through. I always get some of the best if not the best quality Taco Bell here

The store manager, Tuan, on multiple occasions has been extremely rude and dismissive of my complaints as a customer. Food is consistently created improperly, and when I have escalated the situation to Tuan, he’s been majorly dismissive. Creates a hostile work environment. Tuan needs to be terminated with haste, as he’s making the experience at this store a rather nasty one.

So apparently my name is now “Katelyn deaf” according to Taco Bell.
Not sure where that came from (I didn’t tell anyone I’m deaf because… I’m not), but having that randomly printed on my order ticket was weird, unnecessary, and kinda inappropriate. I’m guessing it was someone’s lazy or “funny” way of labeling orders, but maybe don’t do that?
I came for a burrito, not a diagnosis.
