Just ordered breakfast food and the breakfast burrito was a little bit of sausage even less eggs and all cheese melted cheese. It was flat and all three of them so it wasn’t just a fluke on one. I also got a breakfast crunch wrap and it was half the size it’s normal so don’t know what the hack I’m paying for.

When it comes to customer service, the workers at this location specifically are extremely patient and friendly. My friend and I always come here after the gym, and due to how much we frequent it, my order has been memorized by one of the employees.
The food is regular Taco Bell food, nothing particularly special. If they get something wrong, they will remake it if you ask them, though it’s rare they get things wrong at this location.
Overall, service is great and the food is good. I would reccomend this Taco Bell if you live on the sudley and battlefield side of Manassas.

I almost never eat a taco bell. In the past five years, I think i’ve eaten at taco bell four times, and three times we’re this week. No I was not here for the mountain dew pie, although I was aware that it existed, I did not buy one. But I was very pleasantly surprised by how clearly the staff spoke at the drive through, how efficiently they processed the transaction and provided me with a receipt, and I was also impressed with how quickly my order was ready and in my hands.
Maybe I will choose taco bell more often now, even though I am native to Ohio and not from these parts. Good job Manassas !

I went there to pick up door dash order. Waited there 12 minutes and food wasn’t ready . It was only one quesadilla. There were at least 10 other customer were waiting inside the lobby to get their food. Entire staff was busy making one large order and ignored all other customers. No more door dash from there plus no food from there as well. Employee were rude too when I asked why taking that long for one item and she responded we let you know when your food is ready . Also she mentioned if you come on time doesn’t mean they make your food per door dash time. I left with taking that order. Very rude management. Only manger at evening shift is nice and he know how to handle their employee and how to prioritize customers orders. So I wasted my time and door dash customer order delayed at Least 20-30 minutes.

AWFULLL I ordered my food 40 minutes prior before my break and by the time I get to this place then I was told that it wasnt ready after only three customer in the store and one employee at the countertable. Looks like everyone is on lunch break. And yall took my money for the food that is not ready!?!?!. Ridiculous and they had me waited before asking what order I have? What?!!?! Unacceptable and ridiculous. Im upset that I didnt get my food that I ordered. Going back to work on empty stomach. Thanks a lot.

As a Doordash driver here’s what I’ll say, if the guy manager is there they are only a little slow but functional. When he is not there though like right now as I write this the staff moves so slow this place should be shut down. There are several people here right now that have been waiting on their food for over 15 minutes. There are 10 people right now waiting on food for orders already placed. The Ubereats driver that was here already walked out and gave up. I’m leaving right after I write this. This began around the beginning of summer that the staff here just could not move any slower with no regard or effort to getting food out. And God help anyone late at night in the drive thru only hours on Friday or Saturday nights especially if you get stuck in that drive thru. There’s no exit you are stuck there once you are in it and you could wait 40-60 minutes behind 7 or so vehicles. They’ve got to do something here.

I ate here twice in one weekend (no shame) on my way to and from Charlottesville and it was perfect both times. Food was made very well and cashiers were nice. 10/10 Taco Bell experience
