It’s a miracle, dining room was open today. Ordered Taco Bell at 1130, they weren’t busy. It Took 20 minutes to get my food, they were slow and very unorganized. Had to ask for sauces and a straw, they were behind the counter. Soda machine had wrong Soda labeled on the buttons. They’re very unorganized. I’m not a fan of TacoBell/KFC locations combined. Focus on one or the other. I did like the NO KIOSK ordering, keep the real person ordering. process.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell l ever been to. The service seems to get worse every time I come here. The waiting time for your food makes no sense for how long you have to wait. It has been like this ever since I started working In milford two years ago. When are they going to correct this problem

When Food is good I will say it’s good when service is good I will say it is good I ordered a power steak Bowl extra meat the rice was mushy and horrible I ordered my son a soft taco with sour cream lettuce and only ground beef they gave him cheese which he’s allergic to after I clearly restated my order and they restated my order twice since I added something else on to it. I won’t be going back here the rice is horrible it’s like water cream of wheat or oatmeal I don’t usually leave bad feedback but this is above and beyond horrible and the customer service only one person including two managers are nice there everyone else has the worst attitude in the world mr. Joe and the other manager Bo is wonderful and one other person I believe her name started with a c and she wears a red shirt otherwise to hell with that store

It’s impossible to get ahold of the store for help. Why is there no contact on the website? No one answers the phone either. Got delivery, all of my taco bell is missing. I added it as a second order and the dasher didn’t bring it. Idk if it’s the dashers fault or the stores. But with an order, this big you would think the manager would check and double check it. I ordered a TON of sauce to go with my chicken and there was absolutely NO sauce. It’s my birthday today and it was ruined because I just wasted my money on delivery and didn’t even receive it all and then door dash isn’t trying to refund the full amount of the second missing order. It’s impossible to get ahold of someone for help. I just want my money back for items not received. I never leave a bad review. I’m THAT upset. Id like help in resolving this issue. I wish I never ordered. The food wasn’t worth the money. I can’t get over my food missing and them not including a SINGLE thing of sauce, let alone the sauce I ordered.

Side Note- the chick who works cashier in the morning, up front and delivery at the same time! She’s amazing. Maybe SHE should be manager. She definitely deserves a raise. Excellent service last time. Delivery -forget about it. They obviously don’t take care and caution to make sure everything that is ordered leaves with the dasher. If it’s the dasher fault, I’ll apologize. But I don’t see how this happens. And the sauce was still missing.

The workers eating behind the counter, playing around, not knowing the total amount of my order. I will never come back here again. I will drive the extra miles instead coming here.
When I gets home, the tacos I ordered had about a half tea spoon of meat, no tomatoes & no sour cream. I waited 15 minutes for that.

Hard tacos were all soggy upon receiving. Wrappers were all partially wet. Bag was also soggy and fell through… Poor packaging!

Unfortunately I stopped by this location when passing through. I had driven off and started to eat my food, and my burrito was pretty burnt so my main point of my meal was pretty inedible. I may have caught them at a bad time but this one was not good. This was the taco bell portion of the restraunt.
