I got the #11 on the Taco Bell side. The nachos taste like burnt old grease nachos. The crispy cantina taco tasted the same just with added chicken and cheese. You can’t tell there is sauce on it because the burnt old grease taste is overwhelming. Very disappointing.

When did the crunch wrap supreme become so mini?!? For $5.59 I would guess for more than just layers of tortilla with some lettuce!!! Onto a quesadilla with also no meat!!! Absolutely disgusted. I can’t leave work and go back but I will be calling and talking to a manager. This is ridiculous.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Let’s go through the list of things wrong with my order:
1. All of our drinks had ZERO ice in them.
2. They weren’t even the correct orders of sodas.
3. My “large” fry…. Half empty.
4. My mashed potato poppers… are chicken nuggets???? So I never actually got those.
The ONLY thing that was correct in my order was my tacos. I wish I could say that this is the first time that this place has royally jacked up my order but it’s more like the fifth. This was our final straw. I hope it shuts down.

The man taking orders is great but the manager is quite ignorant to customers and her staff alike. she seemed to single the man taking orders out repeatedly berating him when he was the only one I saw doing his job! Maybe she just doesn’t like handicap people? On top of that the codes on the box’s have all been used

A joke of service and quality. Even for fast food standards. Between missing items and things being made wrong. The order screen took 10 mins or so just to order. For things to still be wrong. I don’t hate a wait when it’s worth it. But with a joke of service and crappy quality control, or a really a lack of effort. Not sure much of any of its worth it.

I am so tired of the subpar customer service and food quality at this place. How hard is it to do your job properly? I am the nicest person ever until you mess up my food and you have messed it up one too many times. I don’t live close either which makes this even worse. So when I make the effort to go and it’s wrong I’m even more irritated. I just had surgery last week and am unable to drive. My husband brought dinner home from here earlier tonight so it’s not like anyone could correct these issues either because they weren’t discovered until after he was already home and you’re lucky I can’t drive right now because I am not in the mood for this nonsense at all and would have had a lot to say about it because this stuff isn’t freaking cheap anymore!! My chalupa was hard as a rock and the burrito I got to eat later (which happens to be right now) has the wrong sauce on it. The chipotle sauce is repulsive and I just got a mouthful. If you guys don’t learn the difference between chipotle and creamy jalapeno I’m going to go clinically insane. Like seriously, come on people. Get it together!! There isn’t a single efficient taco bell anywhere in the state of Delaware. It’s ridiculous.

My boyfriend just pick up a Crunchwrap for me and it was completely disgusting. It was dripping juices to the point it soaked through the bag and splashed all over the place. When I opened the bag I noticed it had refried beans on it. It wasn’t even fully wrapped in the bread. There was an opening in the middle of it where I could see the ingredients inside. There was no lettuce and the beans, meat, and tomatoes were mixed together in such an unappetizing way. I couldn’t stomach eating it so it’s in the trash. With rising costs, why would customers be expected to pay for this poor quality of food?
