The food was good, the service was good, and the only thing I didn’t like was that while we were eating, an employee was cleaning the tables near us several times, which was uncomfortable because it seemed like she wanted us to leave quickly. That’s the only problem.

I got a cheesy gordita crunch with chicken instead of beef which I paid extra for. This is what I got. The second time this has happened but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I paid $6 for this, there was no cheese in between the soft and crunchy tortilla. I will not be going back, this place is trash and rips you off everytime you go there. Also ordered a mountain dew, the machine was pouring out nothing but carbonated water, same with the Pepsi.

I am very upset. So I get home from taco bell store number 037077 to find that they gave me old, hard, shrivled up, burnt up fiesta potatoes. They have the nerve to charge almost $3 for them. I am livid. On one of my quesadillas they put lettuce as if it were a taco. I don’t understand. They didn’t have a line at the window, nor did they have anyone in the store. And I can’t even get in touch with them because they don’t have a phone number. Ugh. This is so frustrating.

this restaurant is a zero out of 10. Customer service is horrible. and ignorant to every single customer. They always have an attitude every single time I have to ask for a special ingredients on my food or really anything on my food. I don’t even know why people come to this location. all those employees in there obviously hate their job. Really a terrible place. Food not even that good either it’s like they just throwing and mixing stuff together. Then the nacho fries be half way full with no seasonings How is it a nacho fry? If you’re that miserable, don’t take it out on other people. just make the food right.

My husband and I were doing some shopping at Walmart next door and got caught in the rain storm on our way to the bus stop. We had our 7 month old son with us. We ducked into Taco Bell to get out of the rain so our son didn’t get soaked. The woman working told my husband that we couldn’t sit in there and that we could sit under the overhang outside. Needless to say the baby ended up getting soaked because the rain was coming in sideways. So to the woman working on July 31, 2025 at 5:30pm, and told my husband we couldn’t stand inside why the rain passed. Ill pray for you sweetheart. Because you desperately need it.

wonderful atmosphere honestly, quick service granted half rice half cheese and half bean rice cheese. ( burrito is cold in pic not their fault but it being cold does not cause half rice half cheese and half bean rice cheese)

I walked in and I was asked after not using a kiosk if I has a mobile order, I said yes. They got my order done 3 minutes after and left it sitting on a shelf behind the counter. After 10 minutes I asked if it was almost done and they said it was done 10 minutes ago. The staff were all more focused on singing to the music playing in the back than serving customers. Cold food, quarter filled sauce cups, large nacho fry half full, beans were a brick, inconsiderate service. 0 stars to this location.
