This was a real nice Taco Bell experience. I ordered 4 crunchy tacos. They were fresh and tasty with just the right amount of cheese, lettuce and meat. I particularly liked that the meat was not greasy. Service was excellent. Ordering from the kiosk was a breeze, and my order came quickly. The dining area was clean and well organized. Prices were reasonable. Overall, a nice dining experience.

A worker at the drive thru on November 3rd at 1:34 AM verbally assaulted me. I have genuinely never felt more disrespected. Me and my friends go through the drive-through at 1:34 AM. We then proceed to get told that they’re not receiving orders. We pull up to the drive-through window and ask her why she says that they’re done accepting orders she’s and I say why and she says that they only have enough food for digital orders and I say that’s weird because we couldn’t order online because it said they were closed so now I genuinely have never felt more disrespected by a worker in my entire.

Horrifying. Lady behind the counter more rude than you could ever imagine. Had a simple issue that needed to be resolved, not only did it take forever and then not actually be resolved, but no one cared in the meantime. The bar is so low with fast food yet they managed to lower it even more. I will never go back to that establishment and if I ever see any of those people again we must both be in hell!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I wish I could give zero stars. Came here for lunch today (12/13) and decided to do a mobile pickup. The level of service was the worst I have ever experienced. I walked in to get my food, and NO ONE behind the countered acknowledged I was even there. The guy assembling behind the counter definitely saw me but ignored that I was there. The dude right behind the counter didnt have an issue talking to his buddies who came to see him though… If not for the gentleman in the drive thru who came over to check on me, who knows how long I would have waited for my completed order to be handed to me…
Secondly the food was crap. Barely anything in my burrito AT ALL. The drinks also had a funny taste. With how expensive fast food is today, Taco Bell needs to really step up their game and take a hard look at this location. People are being ripped off, which is a theme I’m noticing with these other posts.
Lastly, this place is not clean. And it’s very concerning. From where I stood I could see spots behind their tea urns and in the kitchen that looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in a very long time. Really grossed me out and completely lost my appetite by the time I got my walk in order.
I have had some bad experiences with this chain in the past but it has to be the WORST experience I have ever had. Needless to say I will not be back here again and I strongly advise anyone who is looking for a quick stop for food on 202 to keep driving. The poor quality of staff, lack of customer service, low standard of cleanliness, and horribly assembly of food are very concerning. Taco Bell corporate, you need to investigate this place!!!

The place was deserted. That should have been my clue that the food was not going to be good. Only one there and waited 5 minutes to be served. I saw three people working, but had to get attention of one of them. Got home and the order was not correct. Food wasn’t good except for chicken pie. No sauces in bag and none were offered. So, I won’t be going there again. Beware.

Taco Bell is always awesome. Especially i love their nacho fries and beef quesadilla. The drive through here is a bit congested. But I always choose this location because it’s near to me.

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and it came very discombobulated and had barely any ingredients it. I normally love getting my crunch wraps from Taco Bell but this was very unfortunate and I don’t know if I will be getting one again.

Ordered Supreme tacos combo, Mexican pizza, nacho chips, and more. Tacos had no filling. The pizza smelled like very old oil and could eat more than one bite. Nacho chips were all broken and crushed.
