Do not go to this location. You will be waiting a minimum of twenty minutes in the drive thru only to have your order wrong or missing items consistently. They almost never have the full menu available. There have been times they are out of chicken entirely or out of tortillas.

After waiting in line for 25 minutes with only 3 people in front of me, I get up to the counter and the manager(she was working the register) just walked away to do other things. Did not say a word. No, hold on one minute, I will be with you shortly…nothing. Worst place ever. It seems every place in Northern Delaware is horrible. I’m glad I’m from Lewes and don’t have to deal with this. This manager needs some customer service skills.

My son and I rehearsed the order before ordering, they didn’t have a digital ordering kiosk smh. We proceeded to place the order and they still got in incorrect. 3 l soft tacos no cheese easy on lettuce and Sour Cream, add extra meat. They gave us a penny of Sour Cream, no lettuce.

I have been living in Delaware since 2014 & back then I never had a bad experience. I stopped eating out for about 2 yrs so the service here was always okay for me. But recently when I started going back, but whoever works the drive-thru they don’t have the proper customer service skills they don’t know how to talk to people. Two when you go inside to place an order you are standing there waiting for about 10 mins before someone comes over to place your order. I thought they were supposed to take care of the customers who come inside. Idk it’s not the food place that’s bad it’s the people with the attitudes and lack of customer service skills.

I have frequented this location for about 20 years. This past experience at the drive-thru was not only the best experience I have ever had there (regarding employees), it was one of the best and most memorable I have had at ANY drive-thru, including banks and other fast food establishments. The guy that was taking orders was polite, pleasant and respectful. He actually apologized for not having an item that I ordered. He sounded sincere when he apologized. I asked if he had any boxed meal deal that was comparable, and he made a suggestion quickly. I don’t recall his name, but would recognize it if it was mentioned.
