Boggles my mind that a place like this can run out of straws. But the fact that my order was correct and the female who was at the register is very nice, that all made up for the inventory issue. There is a bit of a wait here, but I always said, if my order comes out right… take your time. I got the TacoBell nuggets before they discontinued them… yah, they should just keep with taco stuff. The size of these things are big for a nugget. It’s more like a short and fat chicken tender.
Also, props to KFC. I really think this is cheaper than Mcds at this point

Drive to 202 instead, coming to this one is a mistake.
50/50 they don’t serve Taco Bell that day.
Drive thru automated voice routinely says it’s closed, when they’re open.
The staff will yell at you for pointing that out.
Absolutely chaotic shared parking lot.
1 mile from my house and literally never once had a positive experience.

I hope they closed to clean the facility and will reopen with a new crew that understands how to provide friendly, polite customer service. Cold food delivered by a rude person after you’ve had a long wait in the drive thru is no way to run a restaurant.

Place is completely run down. The store is absolutely filthy, and I mean filthy. As soon as you walk in it smells like rotting food and sweaty arm pit. You can tell they don’t clean damn near at all. Service is extremely rude and unprofessional. Still didn’t have straws as stated by someone else here 6 months. Also didn’t have any cents to give in change so it feels like their forcing a tip from you. Some items advertised are unavailable and sodas are damn near empty to the point they taste like water. I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND I SUGGEST YOUR SAVE YOU HARD EARNED MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE BETTER!!

Last time they don’t have 2 items for the 5 layer burrito this time no one at counter, employees smoking outside, inside in kitchen they are sharing online videos while ignoring the customer. After finally getting service with attitude and asking for sauce, get ignored till finally one responds. This is the worst place ever. I’ll just go to Chipotle from now on

They will charge you $1.79 for a cup of water to go with your meal. In the drive through. Then be rude and say “nothing here is free”. Came in at 3:44 PM 10/11/2025.

I’ve tried this taco bell/kfc on five separate occasions, thinking it was just a fluke. And maybe they just didn’t have enough food because of a lunch rush or something, but I’ve gone at different times, and it’s never busy there, and service still takes forever. Now they never have any main menu items for either side, and they are rude and always say they need exact change or they can only do card payments. It’s just all-around frustrating, and for some reason, it always smells like sewage in the drive-through. 1/10 would not recommend.

I had to go to a concert, stop there to recharge my tesla and eat something, came in with 1 h and 30 minutes gap between my food and the concert, I order 3 tenders and that’s it. I had to leave for the concert after 1 hour and 15 minutes of wait. My tesla got fully charged and it was on 18% when I arrived there. Worst KFC I’ve been to.
