The person who brought out my food was friendly and took initiative. However, no one was at the register to take any possible orders. One order machine was out of order and the other one was being used. I waited for a while until a staff person even acknowledged me. I had to say, “I want to place an order,” since she just asked what order I was waiting on. She took my order but never asked if it was for here or to go.
Finally, it looks like they don’t clean their toilets!

Soggiest and stingiest Crunchwrap supreme. Food was cold and barely any meat. Tried to contact them through the information provided and through Taco Bell website. No response. $37 thrown away.

The app has a loyalty and rewards program. You can earn points for every order you place.
There are lots of ways to make the meals vegetarian or vegan with customization. The best way to do this is via the app. You can swap items, add items, remove items from your order very easily this way.
There is handicap accessible seating in the dining area. Handicap parking is near the entrance door.
I wish vegetable add-ons didn’t cost extra.

Since they put in the kiosks to order there is very little customer service anymore. The staff don’t pay attention to the counter or greet customers. If you are a delivery driver be prepared to wait 2 to 5 minutes for staff to recognize the fact that you are there and most orders are not ready when you get there.

Visited Taco bell when coming out of town and visited via drive thru before closing time. I was not aware of the hours and the lady on the drive thru said “ well hurry up because we are closing in 5 minutes” . I felt disrespected, I understand hours of operation but the tone and what she said I did not like. Her name on the receipt says Dalia Espino. When she handed over the meal she was extremely rude and dismissive.

HOW MANY more times does this location need to be complained about before something is done??? This is, beyond a doubt, the absolute slowest fast food restaurant! I placed my order on the app. When I went to pick it up, there were maybe five people at most working behind the counter. Two people were prepping the food, one person was attempting to do headset/drive-through AND front counter, and the other two were just kind of walking around doing nothing! This place either needs more employees, or needs to be shut down! They do not have the manpower to efficiently run that location! And also…be more aware of which items you are putting in which box, and…DON’T PUT STICKERS OVER TOP OF THE STRAW HOLE ON THE DRINKS!!!!!!!

Shut this store down. Employees are unprofessional. My order is always wrong. I called to get an employee’s attention to tend to my brother who was waiting at the register for help the lady hung up and was rude. If you’re so unhappy at your job then leave!
