My experience at this Taco Bell was underwhelming. The food, while well-prepared, was subpar with a noticeable burnt taste that detracted from the flavor. The dining room was mostly clean and well-maintained, which was a plus. However, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting—foul odors, flies buzzing around, and unsanitary sinks and urinals made it unpleasant. The exterior wasn’t any better, with trash scattered around. It pains me to leave this negative review, but honesty compels me to share the truth about this location’s shortcomings. While visiting this location, they had an exterminator there.(which I understand is necessary for a business) and they were discussing how this has been an ongoing issue at this restaurant. This makes sense considering how poorly maintained it is.

I eat a lot of fast food. And I’ve written a lot of 1-star reviews for fast food chains. The industry has problems, and I think we’ve all tempered our expectations some.

This is an excellent Taco Bell location. I’ve eaten here countless times and I routinely have a good experience. Employees seem to come and go but they are uniformly polite and efficient. Many are far friendlier and more engaging (and engaged in their job) than what I see at the competition.

Management is doing something right here.

The food is as good as it gets for the Bell; If you like that sort of thing (and I do) its be exactly what you hoped for. Hot and fresh and made well.

Service has gone downhill at this Taco Bell. I ordered ahead of time for in-store pickup and arrived 5 minutes after that time, expecting my food to be ready. But they had not even started it. They gave me my drink cups and said it would be a while, and they weren’t kidding. It took 16 additional minutes to get my food! When I asked why it didn’t seem to matter that I put a pickup time on my food, they told me something like “Our manager times the drive-thru orders and rates our performance with that, so that is the most important thing for us.”. Now I understand the importance of getting cars through the line, but it can’t be totally at the expense of dine in customers. It was ridiculous. And to make matters worse they were out of all flavors of Mt. Dew. They need to do better here.

UPDATE Jan 2024: They seemed to have picked up a new crew manager, at least when I was here, and the service was much improved this visit. It’s amazing how one person can make such a difference.

They do not care about online orders. They will not prepare your food ahead of time which defeats the purpose of online orders. Also, the employees I engaged with had a rotten attitude. Time for new management.

Taco Bell specifically in Gilbertsville on Philadelphia Avenue is the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. I was going to ignore the poor customer service on several different dates until I went to Quakertown and was treated like a human being. I was treated like my patronage was appreciated. I’ve visiteda multitude of chain locations and have never been ignored, never had a 20 minute wait in drive-through , Never had anyone give me an attitude for saying I was there for a pick up. I’m not sure if the employees are overworked, but they are definitely understaffed And the managers could benefit from training videos. Each time I visit, there is a grown adult manager, which tells me that they didn’t get this far in life by being mean. Who would hire a liability?? I would expect this behavior from a teenager.

BEST Taco Bell in all of the lands! I legit have never had a bad experience here. The food is always hot, fresh, I hate whenever I have to use another location because nothing compares to this one….

Taco bell will always be middle of the road. You like the taste of their food, but the portions are and probably always will be small. And the price is crazy when your mostly paying for the outer taco, tortilla, wrap, shell, etc. and lettuce. No drink no more than about a tablespoon of meat. They need to up the game so they grown ups don’t have to buy 10 things just to feel full.

We decided on Taco Bell after my boyfriend got home from work. This is how they gave us our tacos. We called and thankfully the manager offered us two fresh ones that actually have meat but I was very angry to say the least, it’s one thing to not be a full full taco but it’s another for them to look like this.

I usually go through the drive-thru but went inside to eat due to extremely hot weather. Service counter looked dirty, smeary and sticky, as well as the tables. When seated I noticed the glass doors entering/exiting the restaurant were full of smudges and even many people’s shoe prints. If I were an employee, when business was slow, I would go around with a spray bottom of cleaner/disinfectant and wipe things clean. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen area and servers are? With all the illnesses that go around these days, please keep your restaurants as clean as possible. This is the first review I ever wrote regarding a restaurant.

I came tonight, and I had to go back around to get missing items from my order. No biggie. But I got home 10 min drive and my chalupa was barely wrapped and rock hard and had almost no meat on it. It had to be hours old from my experience letting them sit before eating they’re good for ages.

They gave me 3 hard tacos and 1 soft despite my order being 2 of each. The cantina box which is my usual order was in a bag, missing the taco, and was tiny in comparison to each time I’ve gotten the same thing.

$30 for a box, and 5 tacos is wild from here. I’ve had a lessor experience from this tacobell each time I’ve gone.
