Service here is amazingly slow. Stopped in a little after 11:00 a.m. just for $5 box meal and value potato soft taco. Maybe it was because I got my five-layer grilled? One customer ordered from the counter but I’m pretty sure I got my kiosk order in before them and it still took about 7 minutes. Was entertained while I was waiting by a customer rapping his order as he punched it into the kiosk.

The guy didn’t understand my order at all for one. You guys have them using such a small amount of meat that it was basically a lettuce and bread meal for 36 dollars for 2 people. Hardly any meat at all it was criminal. When the prices are going up and there is a ridiculous regulation on whats probably crap meat anyways. The chalupas were lettuce and cheese with a slim jim size of meat. And the steak and pablano burrito were thin as can be. Im out. No point in wasting any more money on a place thats clearly on the decline. Thanks for ruining my night out with the wife, and the steak tastes cheap btw. ✌️ out

I had dinner with my 5 year old son at this Taco Bell on 2/19/26. I asked for a cup for water for my son, I was told I had to buy another fountain drink or a water bottle. This location and I’m assuming at the direction of the franchisee, does not provide a cup for water when dining in. I called Taco Bell corporate and they informed me that this against corporate policy. I frequented this location often, but this was my last time. Nickel and diming your customers is how you loose them, hope the cost of a cup was worth the repeat business.

I liked that there were so many windows seats looking over the streets below so you could people watch while you ate.The good thing of this taco bell is that the general manager whose name was Paresh.He was a very kindly,supportive, good behavior nd hardworking person.

Dining room closes at 10pm. Clearly stated on the door. I got here at 9:45pm and they locked me out. Which requires me to wait the entire duration of cars before me at the drive through for a doordash order. Honor your hours.

Potato was burn. Chalupa was crunchy like a cracker. Food quality was extremely bad. I paid a Seven-dollar plus tax for my food and I got burn food and Potato was left over From the other night or day before. Please give us good quality of food and fresh food no leftover or burn please.

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. My husband and I are frequent Taco Bell enjoyers and have been for years. It’s our vice and we don’t plan on giving it up. This location in particular has always been good with their quality. I can’t complain about the time spent waiting because I know places are understaffed and it takes time to put everything together fresh to order. We go here about once a week since it opened and have never had a bad time. If you have a severely bad experience at this location, its possible that you aren’t very understanding or kind to food service workers. Just last night we went and the food was extra fresh and packed with such care. When I go to a fast food joint, I don’t care if they just throw it in a bag because that’s what you’re signing up for with FAST food, but this team went above and beyond to assemble everything nicely.

For sure the longest I’ve waited for fast food delivery before, but I agree with the other reviews that the friendly service and quality food cuts them some slack. I ordered through the app, and my delivery driver was apologetic and explained how busy it was after my food arrived almost 30 minutes past my ETA. Since I was just ordering in for myself and was not in a rush, it wasn’t a big deal. But if you’re looking for quick service, maybe choose another location. The food, however, was delicious, fresh, and hot, and everything was packaged with care. All my burritos were in-tact, too, and my taco was assembled beautifully. Other Taco Bell locations are sloppy and just throw items into a bag, but this was top-notch Taco Bell. The online only deluxe build your own cravings box is my go-to.
