I was just here, ordered a grilled cheese burrito with no sour cream and three soft tacos. I was given a bag with only a singular burrito in it so I immediately pulled back around without ever leaving the lot. When I got to the window a man who wasnt the one taking orders came to the window and accused me of being a thief and that they were certain they made them and that i ate them in the 20 seconds it took me to swing back around. The best part is that when I went to eat the first burrito I was given HE DIDNT EVEN MAKE THE RIGHT ONE! he handed me some thing with potato AND SOUR cream!

Went to get some taco bell after a long drive home and it was one of the few things open after 10 pm, didn’t expect to get served a cheesy Gordita crunch with beans instead of any meat. It must’ve been because I was struggling to order food off the menu since it looked updated since the last time I ate at Taco Bell. I didn’t expect the employees to do this considering im trusting them with my food. Check your food at the parking lot next time everyone.

The service here is HORRIBLE. The workers here do not care about the people trying to order. It’s SUPPOSED to be called fast food. By far the SLOWEST service ever. It took 30 minutes for them to serve me, with a group of only two people. When they finally served us, they forgot two of the things we ordered. I went up to ask for the food they missed, and they took ANOTHER 30 minutes to give it to us. Some of the workers just walked out of the restaurant while we were waiting for our food. It’s not like there were a lot of people waiting, it was just my group and a few other people, and the drive through was not busy. The inside was also dirty. The only person who seemed to actually care about the people ordering was the manager, who was very nice and helpful. The food was good, but not worth coming back for.

If you want your order wrong 3 times, this is the place for you. First the girl on the speaker seemed top busy or in a rush. Only got half my order, told me to pull up. Fine. So I pull up and tell the guy in the first window, he deleted the first order and added the new one. Girl in the window said come in. Okay. We did, I ordered the soft shell tacos supreme. Got regular soft tacos. I give up… Don’t come if you want service or anyone to hear your order. It was clean though.

Absolutely horrible!! They forgot 7 of my Items!!!! 7 like I get 1 or 2 but 7 items is absolutely wild! Then I called the store and no one answered the phone! All I got was money off of my next order like why can’t they have to decency to answer when someone is calling and come up with a better solution!

The employees that work here in the evening particularly Sunday (all 6 of them) do not care about the people in the actual store. The drive thru was NOT busy and the employees continually didn’t serve the people at the counter. When challenged one employee became rude a defiant like it was her right to be rude (the one wearing the head set). Young lady may I remind you I am the customer NOT an idiot like you were treating me and the delivery drivers and other customers wanting to order or pick up.
To the Store Manager, please train your employees to have respect for all who come to eat at your Taco Bell. The customer service is appalling and that evening the defiant attitude of I’ll serve you when I say so is both unbelievable and disrespectful on all levels. If it was possible to give your store a minus 5 stars I would. You cannot keep treating people with utter disrespect.

Normally this is my favorite taco bell, but this is what I received when ordering a crunchwrap and a soft potato taco for delivery through the app (see photos). Underneath my name on the bag they wrote down my drink, except I never received it. When I tried to call the store, they kept telling me that they couldn’t hear me and the phone wasn’t working properly. Even after trying to reach customer service and being told someone would get back to me, it has been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard a word from Taco Bell.

I very nice and clean Taco Bell. There is plenty of seating indoors and they have a drive-thru for convenience. The staff was friendly and the food is was you would expect at any Taco Bell. Obviously a very busy place at lunch and dinner but definitely a good cheap option.
