Ordered using Tacobell App late in the evening after a long ride to motel in the area. Needed fast hot healthy food . Ordered a deluxe box my favorite less than $8 !! App allows to change/ modify for vegetarian to replace beef with black Beans/ refried.Also delete white sauce for vegans .. unbelievable value fast and delicious

Ordered 2 baja blasts 1 quesadilla meal and 1 steak burrito meal. Got to the window got handed a whole different order waited 10 minutes for them to get my new order. Baja blasts were all watered down. Got fiesta chips in my burrito when i said no fiesta chips. My nacho fries were half full. Not even. The dude at the counter was super chill the lady who handed me my food was extremely rude no sorry nothing. Poor service on her part. Do better.

They closed the dining at 10 pm when it says they’re open until midnight. We had to order from our phone then check in with the drive through. I had 3 different online orders placed as I was with 3 of my friends. They told me I had to go around the drive through 3 times to get all 3 orders instead of making all of them at once. The worker was also rude as I was trying to ask some simple questions. It took 50 minutes after going around the drive through 3 times, and at the end of it they got some of my orders wrong. Horrible place wouldn’t recommend.

Poor front end service – The customer ahead of me gave up. After several minutes of waiting, I was able to flag someone down to hand me my order. A guy walked over and said “can’t you see we’re short-staffed” and was oddly confrontational but I just needed him to hand me my order.
This location is mismanaged with poor customer service. Food quality is inconsistent. Restaurant was borderline clean. I won’t return for a long time, primarily due to the pattern of poor service. I’m rating one star overall because service was so poor that I would give it negative stars if I could, offsetting anything else positive about this location.

When I walked into this Taco Bell, I witnessed employees arguing with a customer. One employee was loudly insisting he wasn’t going to argue, while the customer calmly tried to speak again. Instead of de-escalating, the employee behind the counter snapped, “Are you going to let me do my job or argue with me?” The customer, clearly taken aback, asked why he was being spoken to that way, but the employee just walked off.
Shortly after, the same employee asked someone else for their name and then pulled food from the previous customer’s bag—presumably giving it to the wrong person. Now it’s my turn. I overheard the employee mention that the Pepsi needed changing. I had ordered a Pepsi, but I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to deal with more attitude.
When I got back to work and checked my drink, it was basically soda water with a slight tint—definitely not Pepsi. The employee clearly knew the machine wasn’t working properly and still served it anyway. That tells me he simply didn’t care. Very disappointing experience.

Clean, quiet, efficient Taco Bell. Staff are very friendly, especially during the week, and even let me inside the building before 10am (when the dining room usually opens) since I can’t bring my bike in the drive thru (I called ahead, and was told the doors would be unlocked before 10am so that I would be order when I got there), which was a first in my experience

Multiple items we paid to make supreme came out with no upgrade, one item was completely forgotten about (Doritos locos taco), and our freezes had to be remade 2x just to still be wrong. The new dippers in the discovery box also came out extremely tiny? I gave up and just took it as is. Literally messed up 1/2 the order. The staff was trying their best and the restaurant was very busy and hectic

I like this Taco Bell as it is big and clean. There is plenty of seating on the inside with windows all around the eating area which is nice. They have a nice outdoor seating area that is covered and is a pleasant place to sit when the weather is nice. They also have a convenient drive-thru.
