If I can give this place no stars I would. So I ordered food and as always they to busy talking and being on their phone like there’s no customers and they always mess up your orders and give you someone else’s order and when you tell them about the orders they want to give a little of attitude and the food be cold. Barely any meat on the tacos. Do better.

My daughter and I stopped here for lunch on her birthday, February 9, 2026 (around 12-1230 pm)
We ordered from the kiosk; and when we were done ordering, we sat down at a nice, clean table. Less than 5 minutes later, a staff member came out with our drinks; I went to stand up and get them from her and she told me, “You don’t need to get up, I got you!”
We realized after she left that my daughter’s drink wasn’t correct; she took it back up to the counter and the same staff member fixed the drink and even gave her a larger size for free!
When our food was brought out, we did have to wait for our nacho fries; but everything was hot and delicious!
I wish I had thought to get the staff member’s name that we dealt with; but I I didn’t… My daughter still talks about how nice she was though! We’d come back to this restaurant any time!

I haven’t came here in awhile and was passing by and decided to order. I went through drive thru and I was indecisive on what to order, this young lady told me to come in and order and she will help me. She recommended me some things that looked amazing and was patient with me. Her name was KyLee she told me exactly how to spell it and to leave a review. I promised her I would and she deserves it. She told me to make sure all items were in my bag as well & everything was good and there. Thank you guys so much for doing what you do, the service and food was amazing.

Excellent, folks there have a big heart and even selected my entree order. I told the dude order what you get. His eye’s grew big like a saucer and he said “you got it sir”… and I was off to the races with this order! Was yummy Yummy and that’s thinking “outside the bun”!

We have been in the lobby for over 30 mins waiting for food, there is an empty lobby and maybe 2 cars in the drive thru ever 5-10 minutes. Im a fast food worker I understand sometimes but like this is insane

It’s taco bell. We walked in close to 10 pm. Ordered close to 20 tacos from the kiosk and still got everything within about 15 minutes. It’s still Taco Bell, but better service than I’ve received from others.
