So, two photos, one is Pepsi the other Strawberry Lemonade. Asked for the manager, manager on duty didn’t care. Never apologized or offered a refund or solution. She just shrugged her shoulders with a careless attitude. They forgot multiple things from the order, by the time I ate, the food was warm and soggy. It was not busy. 1st Taco Bell I can honestly say to avoid… this was my second visit to this location both bad expereinces. Corporate needs to come here and re train everyone and make a management change. My visit was well after lunch time on 6-21-25.

I’ll start with saying I had no issue with the food…it was as ordered which, due to my better half’s more complex additions and deletions, is more than I can say for probably 33% of orders from other Taco Bells. I had 2 items I’ve never ordered before so I cant say definitively but they seemed to be what was described anyway.
The dining room and service was dismal at best. We ordered through the kiosk at 11:43 and proceed to search out a table that had been cleaned settling for “the cleanest” we could find as nearly all had been used and never cleaned off. We proceded to break out or own sanitizer and wipe down our own table figuring its better than nothing. We then waited for 21 minutes for 3 items to be called. You might think, “ok, its a weekend near a holiday around lunch time” and you’d be right but it was us and one other 4 person family in the entire dining room. And that family ordered before us by 3 or 4 minutes and somehow the crew missed or forgot their order as theirs came out 5 minutes after ours. Clearly they must prioritize drive thru orders or something along those lines because 6 cars went through the drive thru from the time we sat down until our name was called, unless things were just that slow that it was backed up that far but even then, 6 orders in 21 minutes isn’t exactly fire. To be fair, I have no clue what those orders were for so maybe it was ok?

We opted for Taco Bell as a quicker option than Red Robin but at a bit under an hour in-and-out, I’m not so sure that was an accurate assessment.

As with any of my reviews, I will give any place 3 strikes cuz everyone has an off day, call outs, whatever, so I will try again and update if needed. This was the second worse Taco Bell experience we’ve had with the first having similar service issues, including 2 female employees passionately arguing clear as day on the line, and the food was incorrect. So there’s that I reckon.

1/5/26 2:50 pm On a road trip with my husband and I literally just stopped in 5 mins ago to purchase a cup for a fountain drink and the employee was very pleasant. I said I was gonna leave a review and I wish I would have gotten their name but they don’t know how they just made my day because of their kindness and friendly customer service. Even if it was just as simple as a large cup…Thank you and Godbless you . ☺️

Just got food here with my girlfriend. We had a really bad day and just wanted something quick. The guy who took our order and who gave us our food made us feel so much better. He had good energy and made us both laugh. His name was Ben and deserves a big big raise!! Please give this man what he deserves!!!

Taco Bell save this Taco Bell! Customer service experience is atrocious. Ordered at the drive thru (which was not too bad) and then went to the window but was NEVER spoken to by the man. Opened the window with his hand out (presumably for my money). Said nothing! Handed me my drinks. Said nothing. Handed me my food. Said nothing. No greeting. No “thank you”. No “have a good night.” Empty. Soulless.

Taco Bell, please save your business. Only 100 yards away— through the parking lot— I could go to Chik Fil A and be treated like a KING!! Do better.

One of the worst Taco Bell’s to exist. I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star.

I recently visited Taco Bell, and unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. First off, the customer service felt really off. It seemed like the staff was dismissive and not very friendly, which made me feel uncomfortable.

Another issue was the cleanliness. The bathrooms were dirty, and it really deterred me from wanting to stay and enjoy my meal. It’s disappointing to see such neglect in a place that could be so inviting.

Overall, I left feeling frustrated and won’t be rushing back anytime soon. I hope they can improve on these aspects because it would make a huge difference for customers

This is what I received on our food last night around 7:30. Mind you, we went inside for our food and waited at least 30 or more minutes for it. This is absolutely disgusting and do not worry I’m going to contact the health department. I brought the food back showed them the hair ball and asked what it was and all I got was an “I don’t know”. Another lady walked over and threw the box of food out. No apology from anyone but I did make sure to get a full refund. This place is disgusting. I also happened to get sick after eating what I had ate from there. The worst tacobell I’ve ever been to and I’ll never go back to another tacobell. I will also be sure to let this incident be know by family and friends. Corporate too.

Negative review followed by all the praise I could possibly give Tanner for being a beacon of light in this terrible location.

I’m writing this review from the parking lot. Every time I’ve come here the customer service has been 2 star-worthy, mostly it’s people not caring at all about anything. But, once I was in the store and a staff member overfilled a frozen drink of mine, then proceeded to watch me as it spilled all over the counter while I tried to clean it up just so I can hold the drink without having it all over my hands. They just stared at me and did not offer to help or anything, it was so frustrating that I left the mess for them even though I’d normally help clean something like that. Everyone is generally unenthused, like they don’t want you there.

However I’m adding a star because today I encountered Tanner who had a wonderful attitude, excellent customer service, so pleasant and gave me hope for this location which I previously thought was hopeless (which says something because I eat Taco Bell way more often than I should admit, this is the closest location to my new job and I almost wrote it off). I almost didn’t come tonight but I really wanted Taco Bell lol. Please! Give Tanner a raise! He is putting in the effort where I have seen literally nobody else put it in!

Stars with one liner, not so good service and food.

We ordered for the Veg tacos with spicy potato soft taco and beans chalupa. While had to wait long, and received the food with avg taste and preparedness. Cost wise, no big deal. But the quality is somewhat missing.
